Erm cant help you i dunno a single thing you are describing? Since i dont watch da anime plz state wat is keroro and dororo so that maybe i can help?

Anyways, due to the swf file, I had to get a video over youtube, but the quality of that video is rather bad (unless you know a better place), but here's my try:

v1 - fast

v2 - slower

If someone can make a gif for Seto no Hanayome episode 6, about 10 mins in where Seto is shaking her head and crying. A good loop would be perfect ^^
