Honestly, I wonder if all the Efidolgans have stolen human bodies, or do they have several alien species' bodies that that they take over? Perhaps that's why they have this empire, to take over worlds, take their people and use their bodies in order to continue their species?

There's also this weird part where Fusnarnie seemed to be fascinated by a projectile weapon (the automatic gun) when Efidolg mechas can render almost-all projectile weapons and guided missiles made by man useless .

possibly the Efidolg has no concept of a projectile weapon due to a different take on their species' evolutionary path hence he was fascinated on how they work, their kind only has the logic of melee weapons & tactics but not throwing rocks or sticks, the force fields that blocks projectile weapons might have something to do with their mechas capable of controlling gravity & the earthlings coincidentally depended on projectile weapons that is ineffective against the Efidolg's gravity control technology, sort of similar to the martians from the War of the Worlds who had no concept of the wheel, who might get confused on how a bicycle works.

So you know that cosplay outfit Ogisa was wearing in Episode 12? It reminded me of the ridiculous outfit Sawa from Tari Tari wears during an equally ridiculous sequence that takes place in her friend Konatsu's imagination. Anyway, I got chatting about that with Triple_R, and he not only found confirmation of my suspicion (I hadn't found the time to confirm it myself at that point), but observed that the other two girls who are with Ogisa in one of the photos appear to be wearing the outfits Konatsu and Wakana wore in that sequence as well!
The hairstyles are different, but the costumes are pretty much an exact match. Last edited by Darthtabby; 2016-07-04 at 16:51. |

I couldn't understand everything said, but I want that kid to die right now. It's getting so he becomes a danger to not just himself and his idiot friends but the soldiers now, who have to go and save him.

I hope at least Kaya to became critical wounded so he finally learns that he can die and stop doing those stupid things or that his parents hit him for being so irresponsible. Well that kid deserved to die anyway. Great episode, finally Yukina does something very usefull. Strategic + Tactics + Teamwork >>> superior tecnology.

I loved the new episode. It was pretty thrilling, and the battle was cleverly handled. It's too bad they didn't get to capture Muetta/Yukihime, though. I also much prefer the new OP and ED to the first ones.
And seriously, wtf is up with that Kaya dickhead? Somebody should kill that kid already.

Episode 14:
Pretty serious episode. Ouma recovered faster than I had expected and we got a decent mecha fight. For what's worth, I think the show has been doing a decent job at stacking mystery more and more although I hope it will also do that with explanations. Ouma's one sided motivation to save his princess feels rather odd though, would love to learn more about his relationship with her. The new OP and ED theme songs are alright imo, personally I like the previous ED theme song better though. Yukina has been impressing me more and more from these recent episodes.

Looks like the theory of Efidolg being a parasitic species may be panning out. The Oni commenting Mirasa hasn't adjusted well with that body. 'm guessing its the nanites.
As for Kaya he doesn't think of others as real people but the fact that soldier got hurt to protect him may start to knock some sense in him this isn't a video game. |

Just an observation that the Oni who prevented Nouet from killing Kenn proper appears to have the same height and build as the Efidolg commander on the mothership. Which makes me wonder if they're another alien species the Efidolg initially brainwashed/possessed to their cause. I'm not sure if that Oni is Yukina's dad though, because I don't think her father was extremely tall to begin with. PS. Netflix has officially released the 1st 13 episodes of Kuromukuro online as Season 1. No indication yet about how they want to release the remaining episodes. |

Episodes 13 and 14:
Wow, it's surprising to see Princess Yukihime returned... as an enemy under the name of Muetta. On the other hand, Kennosuke can heal quickly which begs the question if he's from Efidolg or a modified Earthling. Meanwhile, another surprise that happened was the appearance of the demon, which I think he's the one who saved Yukina-chan. Of course, I was wondering about the demon's real identity since he abducted Princess Yukihime in the first place, as well as possessing Takehito's watch. I don't know whether the demon is none other than Yukina's father being assimilated by the original demon or someone else, but it's intriguing to see that he's against Efidolg. Anyways, it's gonna be those times where Kuromukuro needs more clarification to understand it all! |

Episode 15
Oh Ouma and his silly lack of common sense never ceases to amuse me... Surprisingly decent chemistry between Ouma and Sophie this episode. They had a rocky relationship from the start but seems to be on much better terms now. I expect the big fight to come in the next few episodes...wonder if some major character will die soon.
