Ok people, I checked the various sources, it is slated to be 13 eps anime. But some people insisted it is a 20 plus eps anime.

Which one I should believe?

Which sources did you check?

Wiki lists nothing for an episode count and ANN only lists episodes they have titles for.

The number of dvd volumes (8), already hint that it is a 2cour series.

Another source states that it has 25 episodes

They were both using metaphor rather than directly confronting the subject. Minorin believes that Taiga *needs* Ryouji more than she does ... Minorin's opinion of Ryouji has been skyrocketing but she cares for Taiga and wants her to have a happy ending. "Going UFO hunting" with Ryouji would, in her mind, be stabbing Taiga in the back.

Ah Thanks
I wonder why Minorin uses Ghost instead of "love" in episode 9 ?

Or rather, it could be that Minori isn't ready to consider Ryuji's feelings for her. She's uncomfortable with it, but cannot show it, so puts on a happy front and changes the subject.

It would be very, very weird and embarassing to suddenly talk about love out of the blue, so since the two are on that topic, they used a more subtle expression for love so they can speak more comfortably to each other. That's my interpretation.

From what i gather, she doesn't seem to open up to people that much until she really gets to know the person. This (is speculation of course) might be due (BY THE WAY IF YOU HAVEN"T SEEN UP TO EPISODE 13, BE AWARE YOU MIGHT BE SPOILED BY MY SPECULATION ->!!!)to the fact that she's met people like taiga's father, who on the outside to a normal stranger might seem nice/loving...but once you get to know them, they're absolutely terrible and are complete liars that take advantage of others and exploit their weaknesses (as in the case with a certain someone (im not sure how much you've seen, so i don't want to ruin too much...pm me if u really want to know what im talkng about). Anyway, it's probably because of people like him that Minorin feels the need to keep her innermost feelings/thoughts private...and we see signs of her opening up more and more to Ryuu as they get closer.

hope that helpss, just my take on it though

Looks like those 13 episode theories have officially been put to rest.

No, I'm sure somewhere somehow there's a righteously certain idiot strenuously arguing that the series is only listed for 13 episodes

Especially since there was a "break" week before the 14th episode...

Anyway, does anybody know if it's going to continue like this? 1 episode per week, or is there gonna be another break somewhere in between...i want to know when this anime ends (like what date - anyone care to calculate?)

Dunno... sometimes there's a "sports week" break but I've forgotten the typical baseball schedules for Japan.

What means the 'n' in Minorin - and recently, Amin - obviously, if these have one.

That is a slang honorific ("-n") that is supposedly even "cuter" than "-chan" or "-ko".

Really? I've only seen it attached to names that end in "Ri", but I thought "Rin" was the full honorific.

Yeah, "-rin" is the full honorific.

For example, in the Haruhi Drama CD, Yuki (quietly) requests to be referred to as "Yuki-rin".

It is usually attached to names that end in "ri" though. "Amin" is probably just a shortening for convenience, as "Ami-rin" would be kind of difficult to say all the time.

Well, Vexx in his reply said the 'n' is a SLANG honorific - I suppose that it derives from 'normal' rin.

I think "Rin" is already slang though, at least according to Wikipedia. So it's gotta be right.
