Except he hasn't done anything that was against any of the key players has he? I'm telling you prove your point and give examples of Slaine acting in the role of an antagonist and yet you can't. It really doesn't help your argument that the creators have never once referred to him as such. So where do you get the idea from that he's an antagonist when there is nothing to indicate him as such?

Well there was the whole saving Saazbaum from Inaho at the last moment and then shooting Inaho in the head. Saving the main villain and appearing to kill the other main protagonist is at least a little bit antagonistic.

It is a official statement by Aoki, they specifically created Inaho to be a calm, non-hot head protagonist for it.

So if Inaho is dead who will take the mantle the whole human side we've seen how that work out. Maybe have Marito as MC replacement for Earth nah the need a teenager for that maybe Clam

We're talking about before episode 12, and Monster still can't give examples of his statement.

Slaine felt more like a supporting character and or an Anti-hero in S1. The vibe of being MC was not there it was not put forth in that manner. However, after reading a few things i see how they want to develop his character. But that still does not change the fact that my interest in him as a MC is low. I personally liked Inaho for a number a reasons and found him actually more interesting than Slaine. But all we can do is wait and see what actually develops. So yes there is possibility i may skip season 2, no point in watching something if you dont vibe with the MC

Well they did admit that they weren't able to everything they wanted pertaining to Slaine's character in Part I, because they didn't have enough time. That's why we're getting a Slaine manga.

Well, Slaine is main character but leaning more towards Suzaku's version.

No not well written at all, I guess we have the second season to see what they were really going for, but most of the first season seems like pointless fluff.

Also I keep hearing rumors about Saazbaum being dead.
