To be honest I'm kind of hoping against any Tsukune x Kokoa development, even though I know it's inevitably going to happen because hey... Tsukune's such a lady killer. >>;;
I think it'd be a breath of fresh air to have a girl around who doesn't love Tsukune or have a crush on him like all the other girls do. I'm all for Tsukune x Kokoa friendship... that would be freakin' sweet. ... That and I don't want a sibling rivalry between Moka and Kokoa over who gets Tsukune. Not only is Kokoa severely at a disadvantage in that kind of fight, but it's more or less concrete fact at this point that Moka, regardless of form, is the one girl Tsukune is truly in love with, whereas he loves the others but isn't in love with them. ... Now if Kokoa fell for Gin, I'd support that wholeheartedly.

Not really...The fighting was cool on the D.S. game, though if your good at scribbling you'll have make just a piece of cake. Anyways one thing I found interesting after playing the DS game of R+V, if Tsukune with Inner Moka gets beaten in the DS her hair goes back to pink. Hmm...very interesting. Capcom did a great job on the mini games and fighting engine on the D.S. in pretty unique imho. Now we have the PS2 which is more visual novel based, I think we'll have a more "peaceful" gameplay here, since the D.S. is exciting when your competing against the other girls and controling Tsukune at the same time, also note Ikeda made the 2 D.S. exclusive characters which made an omake on the manga who are searching members for the game club.
PS2 preview I saw on youtube

What I meant with the fighting is that they basically took things from the anime- sure, all the girls are rather strong... but Tsukune is kept as the wimp he is in the anime (and the biggest reason why I can't stand the anime, other than the reason for him fighting in Capu2)
As I'm sure I've mentioned before, Tsukune being a badass is half the reason I keep reading this manga... the anime and DS game completely destroyed that reason

Well in general there are more anime viewers than manga readers in all aspect. One reason the games stick to the anime storyline rather than the manga. Rarely though a game gets a manga treatment like Berserk.
No fighting bad ass GAR Tsukune in the anime and games(though he trows a few punches in the D.S. ), but in the manga in Ikeda's writing Tsukune evolved to the weak dude to the man that he is now. Though I do miss the old expression of Tsukune's face. Edit Neko-sensei

Thanks. I'll see if I can get it to work.
As for the doujin I mentioned a while back, my printer/scanner is broken, so I have to get a new one. Edit: Ah, it's showing up now. I take it signature pics don't show up when you just use quick reply (or is that it will show up in newer posts?)? Whatever it is, at least it works. |
