Gakuran are actually based off of Prussian uniforms, (which also served as the basis for the black SS uniforms) so it's not surprising.

Artist can study people in great detail sometimes in a rather short period of time. One wonders if she wasn't a member of the Yuuki Fan Club before the loss of the glasses in May...or if that didn't form until the Computer Game Incident.

You'd need a decent amount of exposure to someone in order to draw them even remotely accurately. While Haruki literally forced his way into the CCP's life, Yuuki was pretty much a non-entity before the Brigade. With the exception of maybe running into him in the hallway, the only exposure she would've had to Yuuki prior to his loss of glasses would be that one instance where she was in the Lit. Club room, and I seriously doubt Haruki would've let her take her eyes off the computer.

Again, is not like she need really pay any atention to see the glasses. She don't need to draw a perfect reprodution of then. For study him(eve without glasses), it could be after the Day of Sagitarious, when Yuuki start to go to the Computer Club regularly.

You're missing the point. She rather accurately drew Yuuki. With glasses. Meaning it was made prior to seeing him without them.

But then again, artwork seems to shy away from Yuuki sans glasses, so...

Thanks for the info. I remember reading about the gakuran uniform in Novel 4, but I never placed it with that image of Haruhi in the 2006 OP for some reason.
