No mention of Iwasaki Taku this time. The official site lists Kanno Yuugo as composer, who did the OSTs e.g. for Birdy the Mighty Decode, Psycho Pass and Toshokan Sensou. He will also be the composer for the upcoming Sunrise series Gundam Reconguista in G it seems which was announced for airing in fall. And he did the score for the ONA Mou Hitotsu no Mirai wo - looks like his composing powers are much in demand lately.

He's a good composer (love his Birdy leitmotif and main theme, A-1 please pull out a random ass sequel for no reason ), not quite A-List just yet but he certainly will get his chance to get up to that level with a Jojo, Pyscho Pass 2 and the latest Gundam this year.

He gets a heck of a lot more Japanese TV and Movie work than he does anime though.... 63 TV shows, 23 Movies, 9 anime 1 of them was with 2 other people) that will at least be 12 by the end of the year and also 1 video game.

And yeah no Iwasaki was pretty obvious, he's busy with Mahouka this season and probably started on Gatchaman Crowds 2 already... not to mention he was absolutely furious at the way they used his music in the actual anime.

Holly looks kind of old compared to the manga, but anyways! I'm so glad they changed Joseph's voice actor for the old version. Is this Professor Oak? Much better.

See, that was my problem finishing off Battle tendency- I specifically remember Jonathan holding Dio's head and Erina escaping in the coffin as the ship went boom. Then you have the coffin being fished up in the 80's, and I went "Waitagoddamnedsecond, that symbolizes Dio but Dio should be fully, completely dead!" I hope we get an explanation or else this will be a very ugly plothole.

It was specified at the end of Part 1 that Erina was rescued by a passing boat. Nothing was said if she was brought aboard with the coffin ever.

#1. The coffin sunk to the bottom of the ocean and Dioathan only had to swim toward the coffin. He had a slim chance to catch his coffin but it's doable for a vampire like himself, and he could feed off the blood of some sharks or other sea mammals. It's Jojo world, nothing is too crazy. I mean, Dio punched his way inside a crumbling pillar during the fire at the Joestar Mansion to protect himself from the fire! What could stop him from swimming toward his coffin, diregarding sea currents, sharks, etc?

#2. He had a spare coffin. The chinese guy's maybe?

What do you mean a passing boat? The first part of battle tendency clearly said, that there was a woman and a child inside a coffin, which got ad-rifted in the coasts of USA.

Chinese guy didn't have one.

The author forgot about that when he first drew part 3, and apparently his editor did too, can't change it by now so let it be another mystery of the universe.
