Genetics doesn't quite work like that....(we think)
Though Star Trek is known to over use time travel as a plot device, it does have some of the better rebuttles to time travel, namely "I hate temporal mechanics".

I thought Mikuru had a better chance of being their daughter - or a long-distant descendant.
Which makes a lot of scenes from the series very squicky, now that I think of it. Oddly enough I wasn't bothered by the incestuous implications in the beginning, but over time I have come to dislike it very much. |

Great image... aside from Haruhi's hair being outrageously too long (I'm assuming that's Yuki-verse Haruhi there).
Conceptually, I love the idea of Yuki-verse Haruhi laying the smackdown on villainous Asakura, though, and the execution of that concept here is pretty good. Thanks for sharing!
