i dont understand why tatsuya self cancelled restoration is it because if he is injured she will not fight or something?

It's a classified magic and Lina is aligned with a foreign government which has been acting suspicions for a while.

Update on chapter 7! So that's what her knives did, but I don't get why Tatsuya was trying to strip her mask off if he already knew who she was.

It was implied in the text that the mask had the device / a terminal of the device she was using to track the vampires, it wasn't part of the disguise as it didn't vanished with the rest of Parade.

Yeah, but it was stated that it was magic of the highest difficulty. This implies that no other magician would be capable of reducing an object to dust.

Maybe, but I doubt the USNA will go to war over the death of their strategic-class magician since that would be admitting that they had sent her to infiltrate a nation with whom they had an alliance with.
