Nope he only met her twice as far as I remember (Marathoned whole anime in 1 sit down), and she was showcased at the end of season 1 when she passed near him on stairs.
As far as it goes she was drinking and talking with him twice. Then there was one scene where he first met her while sleeping in nurse office.

So nope we don't know who she is and why she drinks.

And as I said I don't want to dig trough whole thread to get that info, so I ask here.

^they're different people. I think that's Akuma Danshaku who was cursed by Queen Lilia for his part in the coup to overthrow her. The curse makes him vomit blood. Chris is Ayumu's pink haired fairy and the sensei that told him and Hiramatsu to go home. The curse on her makes her look like an old man, but thanks to Nene she takes her real form when drunk.

I see. I suspected "Kurisu-sensei" to be Chris from my guess. That's how Japanese spells Foreign word for ya!

Thanks for the explanation, i was thinking the kurisu sensei and the man who vomit blood were the same.

I think both are different people, and both got different curses when they attempted to overthrow the queen.

Is there a reason why Nene couldn't cure Chris directly and only allowed her to retain her true form while drunk? Was it for fun?

^ it is possible that the curse may be too powerful for her to remove completely, otherwise I think she would have done so already. However that is just my theory for it. Gotta wait until someone, cough KiRa cough, can verify it.

Well it's fine if Nene can't remove it completely, but why does Chris have to be drunk? As amusing as it is, couldn't Nene have done something more conventional, like some sort of magic accessory to wear?

maybe alcohol has some sort of substance that can deal with magic, like haruna said, magic and science walk together
