It's from their training with Whiss, it's a training ritual not just all out fighting Whiss to get stronger which was in the manga, more like a shaolin master teaching his students inner power.

Also we finally see Goku transforms to SSJGod blue hair.

I think the Blue Form looks alright, my only problem is that transformations are turning into nothing, but color palette swaps. For the love of Dragonball, please put more creativity into the new forms.

That's why I actually like SSJ4. As the transformations become more complex, they appear more Ozaruish.

I don't like ssj4 mainly because i cannot get over with the magical pant that came with ssj4 form.

Also i think golden oozuru should be the final stage for ssj just like Naruto.

Final Stage would be a golden SSJ4 look. The pant's were because Goku suddenly got older and uuuh, don't think...they wanted goku naked.
If you recall, Vegeta turned SSJ4 and was wearing the pants he had on before, but that's because he was the same height and didn't shred them when he transformed.
Let's just pretend The Kai's did it with magic to avoid having to look at Goku's junk when they watched through the ball. XD
