Me too,a MG Plutone would be great with all of it detailed design.Judging from the recent poll result conducted by Bandai regarding future MG release, look like 00 Raiser is top of the chart.

If MG Astraea Type F come out, I hope it won't use the same frame as Exia. Bandai should improve to make its quality match up the MG Astray.... And let it a lot of weapon as well
I agree they should improve it. I guess they have pour all of their technology goodness into MG Astray mechanics..XD

Hihi I have a question about general painting.

What main methods are out there?

- Paint by brush
- Spray painting (out of the cans)
- Airbrush connected to a compressor

... and more?

Is there something better than brushing but still economic?

This may not be Gundam but it still is a model kit. I just started practicing painting kits and I chose to practice first on this tank before going to a Gundam.
Spoiler for Images:

Hand-brushed
Paint: Tamiya Acrylic
What do you guys think? Any suggestions? And also, how do you properly apply decals?

finally done

this is my Second 00
this time I’m modify a lot of parts
especially the body
too bad I cannot show the details clearly with my camera right now (using iphone’s camera)
uhuhuh

anyway
the first 00 I made is on early 2009

and it very very very bad because I was rushed when I made it
the silver paint is bad, the panel line is ugly and thepaint surface is rough
this I make it better and nicer

enjoy

After Painting

People often claim G Gundam as the 'disaster' of the Gundam series, they're totally wrong.

Anyway one of the main reasons old mecha, even really old school ones, not just Gundam, are still getting lots of support is because of Banpresto and Super Robot Wars.

If you enter that show expecting any pretense of reality, then you'll think it's a disaster. If you accept it for what it is, hot-blooded manliness, then you'll appreciate what it is. I am guilty of having had the former mindset when I first saw G Gundam, I enjoyed it much more when I had the right frame of mind.

I thought G-Savior was the disaster of the metaseries. =X Actually, are there any model kits based off of G-Savior or no?

Anyone know 2old4toys? I kinda find it ironic how he holds all these gundam painting and diorama contests but he's never shown any customs, painted kits or dioramas... O_o

He does it to promote his sponsors. The prizes of these contests are sponsored by IShop2Go. And other than custom contests, there really aren't many other Gunpla related contests that warrant a MG kit.

But if you watched his videos on SD Gundams, you can see that he paints his models.
