The new side story basically confirms that Stendhal is indeed the hero killer. Its interesting that the spin off series is gonna actually gives us more of one of the villains from the main series. A good way to expand upon Stain without needing to take time away from the main series.

Also we got a paraody of the avengers as a bunch of yakuza. Too bad they don't get to be reaccuring characters like cyclops and wolverine.

New chapter is out. Crawler tries to help and it ends up with him getting his blood licked and Knuckle Duster showing up, imitating All Might.

You know, did All Might mention having a sibling. I mean, both are Quirkless (at least before All Might got One For All).

This is getting really exciting. Knuckleduster has a good chance of defeating Stain or forcing him to retreat, at least he would if not for Stain's tricky quirk. The battle is going to be tense.

Knuckleduster's entrance was one that All Might would be proud of. I am worried about his chances against Stain though.

I guess it goes to show that Knuckleduster was right. Underneath the mask and rants, Stain really is just an impressionable insane murderer.

Knuckleduster is awesome, taking pre-Stain out like that, with both badass boast and being practical/tricky. And unfortunately influencing him into his "kill the fake heroes" thing, but that's not his fault, Stain was already crazy anyway.

So Knuckleduster inadvertently helped create Stain. I wonder if we'll see the cast react to the hero killings and try to prevent them.

But ya, really like this chapter. We got some details on just how the professional hero system got started. Also there's another comic book reference snuck in there; Rhode island is the state were DC's justice league of america (a team of 7) was originally based. Though if i had to nit pick, i would say that the origin for the professional hero system should be different across countries, and it might be interesting if some countries didn't even have professional hero systems; i mean that point about the right to bare arms is really more of an american thing than a japanese thing.

Also liking the new girl Makoto. Koichi seems to be rather non-chalant about getting the attention of a hot girl . The complications that can arise can make for good story and comedy. The obvious ones are Pop's jealously and Koichi trying to help her with her research while keeping his cover; god knows that knuckle duster won't be so subtle about keeping his cover. Though the most interesting is how things may develop when it comes to the police. Feels like the police and the vigilante's should have to deal with eachother and Makoto being a detective's little sister could inadvertently bring that about.

When you remember that her brother is not just a detective, but the one that is close friends with All Might to the point that he is allowed to know the secret of One for All, it makes you wonder how the Vilgante's relationship with more actual heroes will go.

he can fly, mostlikely has enhanced endurance as well AND he is superstrong, he lifted a gaint cruise ship easily!!

From what I read from other forums, turns out this new hero is a top Hero from the US named Captain Celebrity (or C.C. for short).

While his Quirk does seem similar to One for All (except for the ability to fly), his personality is the exact opposite of All Might, being egotistic and obnoxiously arrogant (though he wasn't above complimenting others for their strong points).

Turns out the reason he shows up in Japan is because he's facing lawsuits and scandals back in the States....

Is this why some people like the spin off more than the main series? It make up what the main series lack.
