i know you guys are super into this but some of the animation in that trailer was just awful, take a closer look at akeno in the scene with her and rias in the bath, thats some early dbz super animation right there lol.

It actually looks like they age regressed akeno lmao.

Yeah i just don't like the new character designs but i didn't plan on watching the new series anyways, thought i would check the trailer out to see if it could "WOW" me into watching it but it did nothing but turn me off even more.

Gasper is the one who I think looks the worst now. Vary (that's not right is it?) just looks a bit younger than what he should be.

Some of the characters just look bad, but I hear Passione is going to be faithful to the LN in regard to the story. And they might also do a 5th season.

On one hand, it was stated in the LN that Vali looked younger than Issei, with the previous season making him look older.

On the other hand, it does looks the animators are taking way to much inspiration from last 5 volumes art-wise.

Azazel looks good tho, like almost the same lol. Him, Rose, Irina and Koneko are probably my favorites thus far
