Not sure, as i don't really know what's going on in the Web Novel (lack of translations or summaries), and LN v10 isn't out yet.

I only mentioned "Toybox Mark 2", because "darkdhaos" a few post earlier mentioned that the SK on the Cover of LN v10 is "Toybox Mark 2" (its probably a SK created by combining the previous "Toybox" with the remaining scraps/parts from Ikaruga, probably used as a fill-gap for Eru until his next new SK is created).

I'm gonna give a brief summary of what I know about the latest web novel arc.

Spoiler for Latest Arc:

Eru and Ady went to the New Kuschpercha kingdom for their honeymoon. They meet with the queen and ask about Chid, but Eleonora tells them that he went with Emrys to explore a mysterious floating land in the sky and that they disapeared.

Eru wants to go there but he didn't take his Ikaruga with him, so he had to improvise and took some mass produced Silhouette Knight to customize it and created the Toybox Mark 2.

Meanwhile in the sky land, Emrys and Chid are captured by the harpies (the sky land's inhabitants), however Chid manages to befriend a female harpy and they are freed.

However there are more people from other nations that came to this sky land, as the Sky land seems to be rich in Etherite which is used for the levitated ships. Among the invaders, there are people from the previus war like Gustavo, the swordfreak from Zaloudek and Horatio, the creator of the dragon ship from the previous war, who has joined another country and created a new dragon ship as well as a new type of small Silhouette Knight size dragon ships (a new type of fighter plane).

I think their appearance is quite early though, especially

His appearance should have been a bit more later, since not much time have passed since his last appearance (only one mini arc, and one big arc in-between). I guess the Author didn't think of a new villain in time.

IIRC, Eru was working on MP SKs with actual flight capabilities via the Ether Ring System used on the Magpie and not just psudo-fighter jets like the Sylphrine/Tuedyne.
