Shino already started pitying her and throw the idea around that she should just aim to be accepted by Saki and be part of the harem. Nagisa and Naoya also looked like they are pitying her. I just love it how Shino calls what Mirika did to her as help, when she was forced to aid Mirika and hinder the rest otherwise Mirika tells Shino's secret to the others.

The author is making clear that four timing is the only acceptable happy ending and I'm curious to see how Naoya will be able to achieve it. I wouldn't be too surprised if it turns out that Mirika already accepted the idea of an harem but kept acting as a sort of villain for the sake of the others.

Yes. He would word it differently, but that should be the gist of it. She couldn't achieve Naoya ditching the duo, now trio, only choosing her. No hard feelings, they agreed on the terms and deadline. Best luck in her future endeavors.
