You're missing some Akagi and Cromartie on your splendid list. They're subjective, but if they happen to be of your taste, you're missing out. Also, there's Nanoha, but I don't know what to say about that.

You are missing Seikai no Monshou (+sequels), Inuyasha, Kaleido Star, Kamichu!, Ranma 1/2, Card Captor Sakura (+movies), Angelic Layer, Gundam SEED, Gunparade March, Futatsu no Spica, Shura no Toki, Kurau Phantom Memory, Maria-sama ga Miteru (+sequel(s)), Aria the Animation (+sequel), and... I'll stop there. Those are some of the better ones you've missed, not in any particular order.

Here's a list of great romance manga and anime

Marmalade Boy is a good romance series. 76 episodes, 8 volumes.

Fushigi Yuugi is a great romance manga series. The manga is 18 volumes. The anime only goes up to volume 13, so read the manga. The couple are boyfriend and girlfriend during the series and get married. It's a really great manga series filled with romance and action. The Fushigi Yugi manga is a series I really recommend.

Ayashi no Ceres, the manga, is really good. However, do not watch the anime. The manga is really good and the anime can't compare. There's romance, action, tragedy and sex. The anime takes out all of this.

Mars is a serious manga series dealing with sex, dating, engagement, suicide and drama, since you like serious series.

Kare First Love is a different series from Kare Kano. It is a serious romance manga. The couple gets together early on.

Happy Hustle High is a cute romance manga series where the couple is dating early on.

The Devil Does Exist is a great and realistic romance manga.

High School Debut is a great romance manga.

Sailor Moon is 200 anime episodes, 18 manga volumes, the live action series. The couple are boyfriend and girlfriend during the series, get married, have a child and are the best couple ever. Tuxedo Mask is a wonderful character.

Peach Girl is a realistic manga. The manga is 18 volumes. Volumes 1-8 are sold as Peach Girl 1-8. Volumes 9-18 are sold as Peach Girl Change of Heart 1-10. You may accidentally get the wrong volumes. Makre sure you get the right volumes. The manga is a lot better than the anime, the anime waters everything down, changes sex references to kissing.

Missile Happy! is a good romance manga.
