On the Pita Ten one, the font and it's color really doesn't fit. I'd agree tho that it's a bit tough one on that to rally place the font anywhere, since there are two figures on the sig, only leaving a tight space between them. You could also switch the red border with a black one.

The second one is a bit too big when it comes to height. I would reduce it to 150 px for example. Also you could add above the KasumiGirl a little quote or something, since the place looks a bit empty. But the sig overall gives a nice feeling. Maybe you should play with the bright pink a bit and make it softer, then it would look even better.

Yay for animated!!! but you could save some quality to the left side if you sliced the image and saved the left side as a jpeg or png and the right side as gif, that way the left side wont be restricted to the 256 colors of an gif image

It's pretty cute, BUT. You shouldn't have made the upper special border for the text since it cuts Tsukasa's head/ribbon and doesn't look good. Just place the text on the upper right corner and take away the stuff. It would def. Look better that way.

Anyways, im finishing off my two last Lucky stars sigs...and starting on making sets of brushes...i don't like the one i can find and the ones i already have so yeah.
