Don't forget the restoration is almost instantaneous and automatic. Also, the definition of "death" in this case is a little more flexible that one would think.

Oh, and there's Elemental Sight as well.

Plus, He is at the top of Technology invention and Melee Fight (fight without magic) too.

He does not Heal, He Restore (himself, other people, and things)

summary, He is OP in Pure Power both in Magic and Physical, Restoration Ability, Technology (Intelligence), and Information(Elemental Sight)


and you will see how he fight brilliantly.
not totally dependant on His Pure Power (like a berserked OP idiot that know how to smash things up and use force to finish things up)

not always use His Restoration ability when he is hurt or kind of so His enemy is given some of mind trick or psychologic attack (like He vs Lina with Brionac)

in short, he is the best Gary Stu in fictions. he's more Superpower than Superman. Smartest than Batman, luckily not stronger than Jon Osterman - Watchmen.

Well for elemental sight; he can see the cause and effect alter them; using hes decomposition or restore them with regrowth

He has also the level of a Ninjutsu master. But honestly I don't see Tatsuya as a OP character, it's more like people don't know his true identity so he ends up stomping opponents who aren't at his level.

That may be true for you if you're just concerned about power levels. But this series is more than just an OP protag and still very interesting to me.

i still read this.
but i already skip the action or fighting part. ( especially when tatsuya involves in that fight ).


the reason i read this is only Yotsuba problem, Maya, Koichi, Kudou, Zhou, etc.
and sadly, Tats or Miyuki already out from my favourite character now.


it become boring when people start talking about power, bla bla bla....... especially Tats power.... meh..... seriously......

Honestly, hes rediculous, but the main thing with this novel is that the mc keeps running into problems that he cant solve with brute force (at least not immediatly), its interesting to see the ways he comes to deal with this.

Rather then good vs evil its always a conflict of interests, the manovering of the players and there actions is more interesting then the fights itself, and the novel builds quite alot of detail to the world of mahouka, including how magic works and the rules behind it, making it as realistic as possible. Each of the players do have at least one valid reason for there actions (from there group/personal viewpoint), and none of the players can clearly be described as good or bad, not even tatsuya (the mc).

Players so far we have:
Japan affiliated
koichi - Saguesa
Maya - Yotsuba
Retsu - Kudo
Kazama - 101st battalion
Tatsuya (MC)

Other
USNA
Dahan sage
Zhou

I think thats all the players so far and the groups they represent. Theres a rozen forshadowing so we might see them involved in one way or another soon. To point it out, the japan group do clash with each other because of the conflict of goals. Likewise, school is more of a playground to the mc, hes mainly there because of his duty, although thanks to that we do see some form of growth from him. Its a really good ln.

DON'T GET HIM STARTED...Because when he talks about Erika, somebody would say something about Mayumi, then someone would bring Miyuki in the discussion, and in that discussion, Lina would undoubtedly come up, and presto, another Shipping War.....Let's save the shipping war for later and let's all agree to disagree for now..

I as well as Lucarion would always prefer Tatsuya and Miyuki..

pampz21 would always prefer Tatsuya and Erika...

Some people here would lean towards Tatsuya and Mayumi....

And another group would prefer Lina and Tatsuya to be together....
