No, I don't remember any character among Fallen Angels with that Profile.

I believe she could be a completely new character. Ishi seem love introducing new characters, it seem he want further expand the cast and lore of DXD.

Honestly I hope the same.

Considering this the Issei Pre-Shin I'm afraid it can be possible sometimes he end up be potrayed as stupid and awkard.

Well the fact that Junior Issei should be Post Vol 10 Issei could give some chances they wouldn't treat him bad.

Issei even in the short stories set in Shin behaves like the screaming idiot who ends up overwhelmed by the idiocy of his surroundings...so don't expect much from that side, it's part of Issei's imperfections that make him unique.

Isn't that just him playing the straight man to the weird stuff that typically happens in DxD? Never seen anything wrong with it. I like when MCs play the straight man in weird/comedic situations.

Issei just does it in an energetic manner, rather than sounding deadpan (like Koneko, for example).

Avi might be my favorite character so far.

Artificial Sacred Gear swords means the advisor could very well be a fallen angel.

Among the girls the one that cause me the most interest is Lilabette Lunarie cause the possible implications of that Dragon's Tattoo on her belly and the D. on her name.

Yeah likely the advisor would be a Fallen Angels. It seem that Fallen Angels in the story are to take this kind of positions such leaders, mentors, advisors ecc. Considering how Fallen Angels are I'm not surprise they don't have a big role in figths.

The advisor is the librarian and researches sacred gears and is highly likely a fallen angel (it could be referring to Azazel instead):

I overheard it from that hero faction bunch, which confronted me last month.
“This school is home to a fallen angel researching Sacred Gears.”

The Amon clan power is [Shield] but Avi can't use it, as she has almost no demonic power as she's bad at manipulating it, despite being from the main family.
Her mother taught her swordsmanship when she was little (this is obviously due to her demonic power being really weak.
She has no servants.
She calls herself "the weakest and lowest of high-class demons".
Her dream is "to show how inferior people win against their superiors in the Rating Game".

Zekka was taught her swordsmanship by her grandma.
She is in Class 2-B.

Looking forward to how they develop her. Sairaorg got Regulus to enhance his martial arts so Avi could also have a special artificial Sacred Gear sword.

Chances that she looks up to Sairaorg are probably high. Especially since this takes place after the popular Rating Game between Rias and Sairaorg.
