Ensky have recently announced they're bringing out a collection of Aqours-themed medals:

It also looks like you can get a bonus medal if you buy from certain shops:

One medal is about 500 yen, though Amiami are selling a nine-pack box here.

Ensky also released a μ's medal set back in 2013:

The shi-ni set is one of the "memorial set" of items that were available during the Sunshine anime run from Bandai Visual's Uranohoshi Girls' High School Store.
Each of the items were available for order for a limited time, and are based off the episode in question. Like the T-shirt in the second post on this thread, which was based off episode 2.
I was kinda surprised that Madman Entertainment (which is where I bought the set), who have the license for the Love Live! franchise in Australia and New Zealand, were also offering pre-orders for these items.
There should be a number of other places you can purchase from depending on your country of residence, such as from this official list. Outside of this list though, not sure where else you can get these items.

On that note, the Store is now selling birthday merchandise sets for the Aqours girls for about 5000 JPY a pop.
Pre-orders for Mari's set are up until March. Hanamaru's and You's sets were available earlier too.
