Well they most likely will. It is really hard to find a Live action that its dcent. I could probably name 2 and thats it, Initial D and Prince of tennis live action. True they didnt stick to the story cronologically, but since both animes are about moves, i think they did a pretty good job. On the other hand, FMP is not all about fancy moves or Mechas like transformers, it is more a solid plot that gathers all the other elements. Taking that into account, unless the director is a true FMP fan, the end result of the movie will be a complete crap.

I just thought of something. In the past years of anything made from an adaption (video game, animes) also has the bad privilage of being marketed to the masses. That means, when this film is made also expect a lot of merchandizing to follow it. Expect the 3 3/4" figurines of who ever plays Sagera and Chidori to show up on the shelves of toy stores and further place a black eye this series (I have seen the Dragon Ball Evolution toys ). Not only that, but from what I have read from previous post, there have been concerns on how the mech might be done. One can only imagine how this will translate into the inevitable toy line, as one can guess that Hasbro will probably get the rights on the movie adaption toys.

Well, true but I doubt it will be much. The whole mech system is the M9 and that is already on sale. Arbalest ARX7 is also on sale so I doubt they will make anything different. Probably more of a playable version compared to the models on the market atm, but i dont think the mechas would differ that much... Otherwise it wouldnt be FMP to begin with T_T

it's been what, 4 years now since TSR?
btw, the LAM should have no relation to whether or not the anime will continue right? i mean they wont be like, here's your movie, we're not finishing the series though has that ever been done before? a series being completely dropped in its middle even after the end of a manga? |

Well TSR covers novels 4 and 5 while the first season covered 1-3. So far there are 10 books total out there, so a new season is definitely possible. Leonard doenst have a big role until later novels so it was obvius that they left it unfinished in TSR to keep on going possibly on the 4th season.

I hope this continue this series, BUT DONE IN A GOOD WAY. I really enjoyed this series, but it feels like it was left incomplete... no, I don't feel like it was, I KNOW THAT IT WAS. No real ending, just an endless circle. No bloody kiss, no real development. TSR was more serious and had more too it, I kind of enjoyed it, it was like the beginning of season 1. To bad it was short....
