Yep, it looks like they just took too much liberty with how they applied the light effects.

The middle part is just the shadows going "deeper" into space and being projected onto Chuck. The ones at the sides are the same, but at a closer plane. It's just seeing the same thing at different depth. With funny, senseless physics.

Pretty surrealistic indeed.

I can't believe the series is almost over. What a ride. I wouldn't bet on a second season either. It seems like the good series are always cut short and the drivvel get endless season. Not gonna name names here.

Not yet. The first magazine stuff usually gets released the 5th of every month, but that is only when the 5th isn't a Sunday. You can probably expect the staff listings and episode titles to be unveiled on Monday-Wednesday.

No. I think something is wrong. Annex usually posts the listings when he gets Young Ace on the 4th of every month. He got the mag already, but didn't post any listings this month. He just posted the content of what was in the mag (soundtrack interview, 10 pages, etc). I wonder if they're withholding...

Well, I know for certain NewType staff listings aren't out yet because I haven't seen the staff listings for any other show on 2ch, be it in the sakuga thread or in series-specific threads.

Regardless, I sure hope they won't withhold the staff listings... I mean, I can understand hiding the episode titles and summaries, but why hide the staff?

I'm talking about Young Ace listings though. It comes out on the 4th every month, which is where the P&S listings first show up usually. Newtype is out on the 10th every month, so listings don't show up until the 7th or 8th usually.
