BTW, wasn't the end a little bit rushed? Setsuna comes back to CB after four years, and he just changes his clothes and leaves for earth to recruit Lokon Stratos?

Well... the director said in a post Season1 episode that they were going to go of and make changes to season 2 after people said the start of season1 was slow compared to the epic end.

So maybe this is part of that. We can't really tell for another few eps what the pacing will be like.

Hopefully they wont try to fit several (4+) episodes into one... though i can handle them putting the team back together in one or two episodes.

It's probably Tieria, considering the beginning of the OP shows pictures that describe the childhoods of Setsuna, Lockon and Allelujiah. Also, very good first episode IMO. I guess that whole "Marry me Tieria" scene from that one trailer was supposed to represent Tieria saving Setsuna & being the first to see him after 4 years. Allelujiah being emo = him in a straight jacket......but i guess you all knew that already...

Whatever it was he had asked her about, it was private and personal. She wasn't blushing but almost seemed on the verge of it. Would a guy like Sergei really propose to her? Anyway, either that or formal adoption seem like the only two options. However, Sergei's son turning up is rather a double-blow - Soma definitely didn't know that Sergei had a son, and now she's about to be dragged off (kinda sounds like she doesn't have much choice in the matter).

If he did propose, does that mean Al is in a love triangle with Sergei and Soma?

Incidentally, Sergei didn't know his son was with A-Laws... and wow, either they have a really strained relationship or the son is really by-the-book "I have no obligation to tell you" etc. Sergei is definitely concerned about there being too many secrets behind A-Laws - he was talking to AEU colonel Kati Mannequin (I wonder what rank she is now) about them.

Apparently Virtue, or Seravee, has got more mobility now. It is now an obese Hyperion-Freedom hybrid.

Allelujah went mad after the loss of his evil twin. He is already crazy anyway in the first season, charging after 2 GNX with a 2-limbed Kyrios.

I think he got captured and was sentenced to a mental institution. The 3rd GN Drive also got captured I think, so probably the other Meisters are going to spring him out.

And Louise becoming a pilot of an Ahead. Wow. She must have been extended, either as a final square-off for Tieria or Nena (please let it be Nena....haven't seen a good catfight since Guren-vs-Pink Lancelot).

All the action, drama was a blast for a start. Easy 10 for me.

The ladies, I didn't have a fancy for Soma's loli design, but now she's amazing, appearance and character wise. Both Soma and Louise looks to be my favourite ladies this season, well for Louise, I love short hair ladies.

But lolis are separate and the lone loli wins.

I'm not sure how Lyle could get into piloting this easily, unless he had always been an Enact or Flag pilot. Did they just chose an inexperienced pilot to pilot their Gundams? Or is there a need for 'Lockon Stratos' to remain the same look, or have similar DNA or something.

It has exactly the same color scheme as A-laws. And it would be the most reasonable explanation.

Honestly think I'm going to hold off watching the show just yet. At least until a few episode has been subbed because I know the wait between episodes is doing to be annoying if the show is really good as I expect it to be.

no but he's a prisioner, Hallejulah is gone, and his friend Marie is an enemy so he dosen't have alot to smile about.

You can train a person to be a good pilot, but hating war is something that you cant exactly beat into someone.

She's in a GN-XIII, not an Ahead.

Ah, that's quite a good reason. Celetial Being, an organisation created to end wars, needs people who hates war to begin with. I think Saji fits in as well.

And the Ahead, I think it fits Masked Man's design. The Masked Man has a Japanese Bushido style and the Ahead's shoulders look like Samurai shoulder armour.
