I think Ten Commandments from Groove AdventuRe Rave is the strongest

It can transform into ten other type of swords with diff powers.

But then again Magic always beat Sword!!

I'd say something from Gundam (non-UC)

The cannon on Gundam Wing Zero was enough to blow colonies into dust in 1 shot. Or maybe Moonlight Butterfly from Turn A Gundam, The ability to send the entire earth back to a mid/post industrial revolution society is pretty damn powerful.

Thats not really a grade as there have ben many weapons in anime that have been able to destroy planets.

Again in another version of Gundam, Gundam seed theres supposed to be a gundam that could slap around the others. (ill be watching this hopefully tonight when my freind lends me the whole series)
