Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san anime confirmed for April 2014. Sumire Uesaka and Nao Toyama as the lead characters.

More yuri is always welcome. Will probably keep an eye on this one.

Chances are high that this will be a short, though. Dream Creation has produced no full-length shows as of yet, and a manga like this usually lends itself well for a short format, especially with only two volumes out.

Indeed, I think 4koma are often better suited for short anime, where a group of related strips (usually one chapter) can be made into a single short episode and the writers and director aren't forced to either cram a bunch of unrelated arcs together to fill up time, or to introduce a bunch of filler that doesn't necessarily fit well with the original material to make up the time.

The art style reminds me of the H visual novels that came out in the '90s.

Also, it's yuri! Everybody loves lesbians! And Burning Love (Toyama Nao) from Kankore's in it, too. Count me in.

Nah, it's definitely a short especially with Seven animating this who so far always has done shorts.

Yes it is true, but so it depends on the source if there is a lot of volume output or simply studiot if want to do an anime 5 or 24 min per episodes.

I'm not happy it's so short, but I've still made a characters/seiyuus page, with all three characters whose pics are posted on the official site (and pics of their seiyuus, too). Uesaka Sumire and Touyama Nao are big attractions for me here.
