It was realllllllllly slow for the start, he takes drugs(object X) which make it so he can't level up at all but basically gets growth cheats the longer he takes it. When he finally stops taking his drugs and levels up he's super OP.

Don't get me wrong, I think NAISEI can be interesting.
Just this author's take on it was boring.

When I stopped reading during the Naisei stuff, the protagonist had strengths others didn't have (healing and resistances out the ass), but was still weak as an overall fighter.

The protagonist himself also, like a salaryman, doesn't particularly have an interesting personality.
That said, like a lot of other salarymen, it's not particularly annoying either.

Pretty much the same here, although I think I lasted longer. Around 150+ it started to seem like it was just spinning it's wheels. Even the author started posting irregularly like he didn't know what he wanted to write.

There are 3 idol recepcionist in that guild, I'm not even sure if there is more recepcionist staff other than them? I think I recall the 3 being from different races and the 3 have an almost romantic point for Luciel (since he is soft mannered and respectful, unlike the other brutish adventurers); they probably are going to increase their air time so that they feel "almost heroinish", the same for Lumina.

Oh, and judging by the door of the guild, it looks like the sealed dragons are going to have a bigger importance in the story. In any event the only thing we need are ossans; everything else is secondary.
