If they do another Dragon Ball series, they'd better make other characters besides the saiyans relevant. The way Piccolo has been treated is disrespectful to me, especially seeing as how he's Toriyama's favorite character.

More likely it means Toriyama simply forgot about Vegeta's daughter. And the funny thing is, apparently him and the writer of the film went through the original volumes of the story to maintain consistency and continuity. What a joke.

Well they did forget about gohan mystic form at the begining states of the movie, so probably all they did was skim through all the volumes. I wonder who was the one who remeber about gohan mystic, was it toriyama or the writer? I doubt it was the studio since they completely forget about mystic gohan in GT.

Nah, he was more of a Kami replacement. Being that Kami rejoined with Piccolo and Piccolo likes to get himself into deadly fights, it was a good idea for someone else to take over the dragonballs, else they'd have to continually "run" to Namek everytime someone bit the dust. On that note, it would be in the Z fighters' better interest if Dende never involved himself in combat.

Seriously, the best way to keep up the consistency is to set up a draw and select one serious DB fan to be the quality controller. That's really all they needed to do
