If I would guess:
Direct Command, press a specific button for a specific command. Circle for attack and so on.
Craft: Does it need to be explained?
Style Change: Change the attack type. Juna goes from hitting with Tonfa to shooting, Ash changes from using the axe to the scythe.

Uh so it isnt about change from person to mech?? ><
How about weapon that cannot transfrom like Rean, Kurt, Agate?

Also, I hope Brave Order will be more complex than just buff stats.

Basically Tita will play george's role in Thors 2nd? The difference is Tita still has a chance to be a playable chara, either main or sub cast.

Style Change (Juna's feature)
When it becomes her turn, she can change between Striker Mode(short range) and Gunner Mode(longer range, but stats down).

So style change seem to not really be a game play system, but only something Juna can do. I wonder if most will have some kind of feature only they can do(I guess Rean's is Brave Order).

Brave order, can be used at any turn and won't use up that turn.
For a specific number of turns it will give effects to the entire party.
Brave order can be used by using BP gained in battle.

Sounds like an extra scenario to me. This time they skip the Drama CD, and instead put that story into the game.

Might be a little of repeating, but from a better source:
Ainheru(ein hel?) small fortress.
Training facility a small way from Thors 2nd designed by Schmidt.
It's used to train students and testing new weapons.

Agate
28 years old. An A rank Bracer from Liberl. He have come to help Olivert and the almost destroyed Erbonian Bracer's guild.
He is also looking into the event that caused the hundred war 14 years ago.

Tita
16 years old.
Is in Class IX. Hearing about the abnormal events in the empire from Olivert, she goes against her mother wish and becomes and exchange student at Thors 2nd. Since she wants to see Panzer soldats she studies under Schmidt.

G. Schmidt.
Works as a special advisor at Thors 2nd. He is using the students and the facilities to further his research. He is training Tita to become a apprentice candidate.

It looks like Toval and Sara isn't being really introduced, but merely mentioned in text.

Oh, and one more thing about G. Schmidt.
Due to his involvement in the Civil War, the government couldn't really ignore him so they shut him in the Thors 2nd and is monitoring him.

Seriously, what's up with the school. Do they want to make a political bomb or something.

So can we say Osborne/government make stupid decision with piling up dangerous peoples in one place with only one strong people to monitor them?

Perhaps, It only says new weapons.

The fortress is being used for training, like they'll conquer it like they are on a mission(similar to SC I guess). There will be event(s) regarding Divine Knight in it also.
I would believe that this is inside of it

And yeah, that is the impression I also get, that the government is using the school as a garbage bin and throws everything unwanted there to get some use of it.
I mean, people that likely hate Osborne, Aurelia, Schmidt.
I don't see it weird if the government caught Randy and threw him there now either. It seems like something they would do to get him away from Crossbell.

But isn't it kinda weird that Michael is the only 'guard dog' monitoring all these dangerous people? Well except if many Thors 2nd faculty member are also from military.

From what I read, I assume Einhel is the new old school house (but with modern setting LOL).
Looks like it's true that style system will applied to other charas too.

And is there any confirmation of Tita as party member? Still wonder is she playable or just important NPC that support main cast? At least Agate already confirmed as playable at some point.
