Looks like manga 'Senryuu Shoujo' is getting an anime soon.

Big announcement coming and a twitter account of the franchise bas been opened (with the anime tag)

Well that was a pretty cute first episode. It feels as if watching Nanako and Busujima will be a lot of fun. And they do fit together with their own respective types of communication problems. I wouldn't have minded this show having longer episodes, but it should work out nicely like this.

Top moment of hilarity was probably Nanako using the club president's 3 sizes for her Spring Senryuu

Nanako won me over in less than two minutes, but the rest of the episode was great as well. Glad to see a short show where fun is the priority. Definitely sticking to this one.

On the one hand it's a bit of an odd premise, but on the other hand it's totally sweet and adorkable so on my watchlist for the season.

That really took me by surprise. I loved it. Nanako is shy but she has a pretty playful side, huh.

...To be honest, 12 minute anime were more interesting in the past. Please do not judge 12-minute anime by today's anime...

Good and comfy, but even so, it lost 35% of that something in the transition to anime.

It's interesting enough. Maybe an 8/10 title if it can keep up. Has a couple of perks. The haiku utilisation is intriguing. But whether it holds up long-term is the main issue.
