Hm, but couldn't something similar be said about Suzaku when he was a child and during the second season? I mean, he wasn't exactly snarky, but couldn't you call that "bitchy" regardless?

...All right, I shouldn't obsess over this. It's just that I personally don't like the term due to its history.

Thanks for clarifying!

C. C. is actually a Kuudere.

And Suzaku between those two periods lacked the necessary dere quotient.

Spoiler for Zero Requiem:

Other then that, yes C.C. is a kuudere. They are generally 'aloof' or 'icy'. Which can be considered 'bitchy'.

Well, I was only talking about the "bitchy" thing, but yeah, agreed. xD

@Arbitres: Well, everything can be considered "bitchy", which is why I always wince at the term when used in such a context. It just doesn't get along well with my inner feminist.

Edit: Though little!Suzaku sure had a "dere" side.

Jerk With A Heart Of Gold is for failed or borderline (more on the side of tsun, of course) cases of Tsundere. Inuyasha seems to be a decent example.

Ah, glad to have learned something new. xD

Though I sure wouldn't know where to draw the line.

Oh verdammt, did I sound hostile again? That wasn't intentional. I meant to convey... oh sod it, shutting up now.

...And to think little Suzaku would grow up to be one seriously messed up individual... This is somewhat off topic, or is it just me?

TVTropes helps. (Though some examples are naturally meant to be put under scrutiny.) Added to my post a little, btw.

Hostile? o.o
No, not at all. If I sounded as if I felt you were, I apologize.

Hum... I think you have a point there. xD

But tvtropes says one major difference is that the "jerk with a heart of gold" isn't nice to certain people, but in certain situations. However, little!Suzaku stopped being a jerk once he got closer to Lelouch, and always had a very obvious soft spot for Nunnally. *titles her head*
...Oh, whatever. xD I guess we should get back to topic.

I like Lelouch's statement about destroying the world and creating it anew. Contradicting statements but it makes sense.

I think they mean the piano bit, which for some stupid reason isn't on any OST's. Youtube search 'Lelouch death piano'.

it wasn't included in the OSTs from what I read on the comments from youtube. It kinda sucks such a nice song was left out.

Hmm.. I was wondering.

Spoiler for Wondering:

Madder Sky is pretty, but I actually prefer the intense and spiraling of Noblesse Oblige most of the time. Though this is getting off topic. :P We should bring this to the music section and not the Episode 25 discuss if we gotta do this further. The Madder Sky worship I mean.

Though she didn't really deserve to be for what she was responsible for, for which she never really atoned or repented.

There are a lot of karma houdinis in Code Geass. An example is Nina - who made a nuclear warhead that killed a good deal of people.

Another example is Villeta and Ohgi, who basically put Lelouch on the path to Zero Requiem - That itself is a horrible sin.

One more example is Schneizel, who is pretty self-explanatory -- who wanted a flying fortress to rule the world after nuking his country's capital.

A lot of characters survived. But I'm glad the one with the worst karma did die.

Nina isn't a karma houdini; calling someone that implies they did horrible things and never repented, or try to repent, for what they did. Nina, however, had an epiphany about what she had created and put forth all her energies into trying to make a counter to it, which she succeeded for. She may not be redeemed by this act, but she at least put forth the effort.
