Well the story plot is kinda goes like this.....

at the first scene with a word "Tactics"

Gundula Rall and Aleksandra I. Pokryshkin are making up plans on a strike for the enemy neuroi!
at the secend plot were Kanno Naoe Has to use her special single punch "WITH" a shield to protect he hands.

At the third WITH Romance.... Hanna Wind Receive a mysterious love letter. LOL
While Watrud and Kanno gets confuse with it.

at the final part "4" were we all see The Strike Witches watching a the movie that they plotted.

I tried searching for that image, yet the only thing I found was a cover of one of the drama CDs. I'm not sure if it's the image you were looking for being that Francesca was holding onto her Striker Units, and not actually wearing them.

Patricia "Patti" Schade (パトリシア・シェイド)
She is a witch from Britannia and a member of the 504th Joint Fighter Wing. Her ace archetype is Patrick "Paddy" Schade.

Background
She traveled around in countries belonging to the Britannian Commonwealth when she was small together with her grandfather and father, something that helped broadening her mind and gave her a cheerful, sociable, and for her age, calm and composed personality.
Her father went to college together with Lynette's father, and they competed with each other in sports as well as academics. Her family was friendly with the Bishops during her early years, but it seems like Lynette does not remember much of it. Patricia's father sometimes tries to stir up a feeling of rivalry between the two families, but Patricia herself doesn't really seem to care. She is also quite unimpressed with how her father sometimes dotes on her too much.

She favors a fighting style with focus on support, since it means all her allies will work together, but this has also lead to her own aerial victory score not really increasing in a way that was expected of her. However, she distinguished herself greatly in the battles around the Mediterranean Sea, particularly Malta, earning her an invitation to the 504th.

She is a very gifted shield controller, being able to adjust and optimize the strength and size of her shield to the enemy's attacks. This exquisite magic control also means she can stay in the air for an extended period of time.

Based on Italian pilot Fernando Malvezzi.

Background
Graduate of a military academy for witches in Romagna. With a small degree of skill in healing magic, Fernandia was assigned to the magic medical corps, but she actually had a strong desire for a combat role. She snuck herself into a ground attack witch unit, one of the understrength sections of the Aeronautica Romagniana (Romagnan Air Force).
After studying tactics with a Karlslander dive-bomber squadron, Fernandia, together with her best friends Luciana and Martina from the academy, flew many missions, even recording a destroyed heavy land Neuroi to their name. In recognition of the team's fame and overwhelmingly positive evaluations, all three were given the honor of being admitted into the Pantaloni Rossi (Red Pants).

Not long after, Fernandia's unit was equipped with MC.202 Strikers. Her experience with those enlightened her towards air combat, and ever since '44 she has been using the G-55.

Even though Fernandia can be extremely self-assured, headstrong, and impulsive, she also displays an undeniable friendliness, and she is a natural leader with the power to get others to do things her way. Within the team, she takes the role of commander and also vanguard.

Her full name is Hanna-Justina Warja Rosalind Sieglinde Marseille
(ハンナ・ユスティーナ・ヴァーリア・ロザリンド・ジークリンデ・マルセイユ).
Named after Hans-Joachim Marseille.

Background
Extraordinarily skilled in air combat, and with stunning looks, she is an ultra ace called the "Star of Africa".
When Marseille was young, her powers were too much for her to control, a trouble-causing problem child who clashed with those around her. But after meeting one teacher who changed her life, she set her sights on joining the air force.

Even in the military she continued causing problems with her rowdy lifestyle, and her disregard for formation fighting led to her engaging enemies on her own. However, when serving in North Africa far from European civilization, she became much more composed, even aloof.

She is often regarded as humanity's most skilled marksman, such is her skill that it almost appears as if her targets dive into her line of fire by themselves.

Her victory count by '42 was over 100, but while the number of Neuroi appearing in Africa was relatively low, they were comparatively more threatening and even formidable Neuroi than those in European skies; thus her score is often said to have a value of two or three times higher.

In October 1942, during a fierce battle in a newly-arrived Striker, Marseille's Eagle familiar "died" in a freak accident. Without the familiar's magic support, the engine output could not be regulated, and the engine burst into flames, while Marseille was saved by her wingman and evacuated out of battle.

Mourning the death of her war companion and familiar, Marseille had a small pyramid-shaped grave marker constructed directly below the site of the battle.

Background
A machine-lover who joined the military hoping to study Strikers and such in order to become an engineer, her high aptitude for being an aerial combat Witch was identified during provisional test flight training. She was sent directly to combat training, and was even commissioned as a tenente (pilot officer), but her fixation on engineering made her choose the path of a test pilot.
Working with civilian manufacturers, she set a variety of altitude and speed records on prototype and experimental craft.

When the fighting in Europe became so serious that the threat was visible even in Romagna, she made the decision to return to the military.

Her services after reenlisting were so brilliant that when her time as captain of the 151st squadron was up, she was selected for the elite corps, the Pantaloni Rossi. Because of her war achievements, and her energetically service-minded conduct, she had a high degree of popularity among the civilians.

Despite still being in long-term medical care for injuries sustained during her involvement in the fierce fighting around Malta, she was reactivated and appointed commanding officer of the 504th.

Due to the amount of time since her last live combat, not to mention the fact that her age put her in the range where her magical power would be declining, she would be wasted on frontline combat missions, so she has devoted herself instead to administrating the organization.

While she may be an engineer, rather than working from solid theories, she is a genius who moves based on momentary flashes of insight. Even in organizational administration, she demonstrates the same tendency: During her time in the Pantaloni Rossi, she made plans for a "Sexy Calendar" of the Witches, among other things, showing the somewhat off-beat side of her leadership. (Those plans were quietly halted by the Duke of Romagna)

It seems to be her policy that provided you're still efficient with the paperwork and such to support the organization and build foundations, it's necessary to maintain a sense of playfulness as well.

She keeps an eye on and takes care of Fernandia, her junior from the Pantaloni Rossi, but as she still is too inexperienced to take direct command of the JFW herself, she entrusts command in the field to Takei.

Lieutenant Rosalie Georgette Clostermann (age 17), member of a flight witches squadron aboard the Gallian Navy Clemenceau-class aircraft carrier Foch. Her Strikers are Rafale As or Super Étendards, her call sign is "blue 7", and her familiar is a black cat. She is a descedent of generations of nobility, and her grandmother was Perinne H Clostermann, a member of the Free Gallian Air Force who's widely recognized as a hero, so she's lived with her since she was young. Her skills as a witch were nothing special, but she came to have a strong sense of admiration for the air force after having heard so many stories about her grandmother's exploits. After completing primary school she spent a while undertaking severe training, after which she signed up as a pilot in the Gallian Navy. She fought in cleanup actions against the Neuroi in various places like Orussia, northern Africa, and the Caribbean, and as a result the name Clostermann became known throughout the world once again. In recognition of her talent, she was chosen to be the test pilot for the Gallian Navy and Air Force's next generation fighter, the Rafale. She has a very gentle personality, and she's never shown anger to others. She is very much a grandmother's girl, and her grandmother Perinne is a great emotional support for her. She especially loves marigold herb tea. Voiced by Noto.
