This ep was really amazing. I loved the talk between Zanac and Ainz and how he saw through Ainz's monstrosity that inside he's very human. Sadly that was the only good thing in this episode because of the rebellion and the nobles killing Zanac and presenting his head to Ainz so he can show them mercy.

Oh, boy, they will soon know that death would be a salvation for them... that they won't be given.

Wait, so Ainz won't touch the city because he promised Nigredo and that dog maid to spare some children, so instead he decides to slaughter the rest of the kingdom?

His logic for refusing the kingdom's surrender was also very... Ainz. All of this because of that fucker Philip, who I'm pretty sure is going to survive even though he deserves the same fate as the nobles who betrayed the Prince. Good call on his part there.

Kinda disappointed that the gundam from last week wasn't a player, just somebody who got hand-me-downs from an ancient adventurer I guess.

Now I'm just waiting for that dragon armor thing to show up, and all those fights shown in the OP.

felt bad for Zanac, he truly care for his kingdom.

also, where is Momon. Isn't his character role suppose to pretend to be there to protect the kingdom from the Sorcerer King. Or was it just the small town that he took over for himself

"Momon" is working for Ainz now. He's there to put the mind of the people of the Sorcerer Kingdom at ease, not go up against Ainz.

I think Albedo's attitude was a dead giveaway with the 'Will you be alright?" tone. Though Ainz might be overly cautious in not just squashing the armors, this time it might have helped since the dragon was controlling it from distance. Also Albedo drew all the agro on herself, which is I guess a good thing (since there is still no certainty that Ainz can be easily resurrected).

And for whatever reason, the lizard hates players, which I guess means there are no other currently known ones since he would have already been fighting them before Ainz.

Yeah, I figured out right away it was Pandora's actor. Albedo would never talk to Ainz that way. I think another give-away was "Ainz"'s inner voice being Ainz's rather than Satoru's.

That dragon seems like he was acquainted with a player, perhaps even several of them. I'm guessing said player(s) are long dead.

I knew what to expect, but still, the entire capital in ruins like that was something I wasn't prepared to see.

Even weirder still, they pulled off a Renner song and dance scene! NOW that's something totally completely unexpected

We'll just have to wait for the movie then, so in a way it isn't over, but from what I understand the movie is earlier in the timeline than the events in this episode so this is still the final episode for me.

Too bad. I wanted to see what happened to him at the very end there, but it was too violent so they didn't. Not surprised they didn't show it.

Zanac initially started off seemingly like an unworthy usurper to the throne, but ended up being the most deserving of it, even managing to garner Ainz's respect... ...which all goes to shite when the rebellion happens and the desperate idiots really thought Ainz would reward them for their effort. Also, Ainz is a true collector at heart. "Oh, the one holding Gazef's sword isn't here? Good. I can freely decimate you then without destroying the sword."

He didn't accomplish anything these past two seasons, and his death while honorable was completely pointless. I'm glad that at least the chick guild managed to escape. Renner is still putting up the kind princess act, but she won't need to keep that up for long. The sword will make a nice present for Ainz. __________________

Spoiler: The fact that Brain was iced makes me think that isn't the last we'll see of him. Maybe some day they will write him back in. I wonder if Lakyus will be pissed at her teammates. I imagine at the very least that's going to be an interesting conversation when charm person wears off lol
