Atleast Index, and Touma got "some" screentime in this episode the rest was 95% railgun characters. But this episode does have some interesting points, especially Misaki's nightmare, and what (I think Last Order?) was doing near the end.

There's also alot of things that they can't do, simply because they lack the raw power. They seem to unable to pull of Railgun attacks and large scale electromagnetic attacks.

The only reason this episode doesn't get a 10 from me is because of the lack of Saten-san. Otherwise, I welcome a little Railgun respite in my Index II. Just hope we don't have to see Kuroko beaten up too much more.
Unless, of course, it's at the hands of Mikoto, because that's usually because she's asking for it.

I just had a thought. Since they share the network, how come they haven't leveled up? There's 10k of them, all sharing memories. They should be able to learn things ten thousand times faster. If they're all up and running at the same time, and they all tried to develop their powers, I don't see why they couldn't hit level 5 . . . or even 6.

That, and Gakuen Toshi has no plans to even try attempting to level up the SISTERs since they've already fulfilled their purpose. People shouldn't think that obtaining Level 5 is anywhere near easy, much less a Level 6, which is a godlike level of power. It was shown from the Radio Noise experiment that you cannot create a Level 5 from an artificial being and that the current SISTERs cannot go above Level 3 even with the Network. That is their limit.

Finally the long-awaited arc with Mikoto and Kuroko
Some very nice Mikoto and Kuroko scenes, like in the lingerie shop or in the shower. Kuroko looks even better (more shapeful ) than in Railgun. However, I also found the episode a bit chaotic, not having read the novel, and a bit rushed as well. The latter seems no surprise, if they really want to squeeze the arc into two episodes only, as I've read here Rushing this would be stupid, especially when they put that stupid Amakuso arc into much more episodes Overall a good episode, but being somewhat chaotic and rushed harms it a bit. 8/10

I also thought that the episode was rushed, things were just flying too fast through my head, and the scenes were just flying by as well before I knew it.. I just couldn't keep up so I watched it a second time.
