Does this magazine come out before all the stations that air Haruhi show this next episode?

As for them announcing it, probably so they will get maximum viewership this week and or the following week when I suppose Sigh begins. Or just to get as many people to watch so they can get maximum effect...no matter what they pull.

Spoiler for Politically incorrect:

It's from the latest Newtype, which someone on 2ch clearly got an early copy of.

Do we have any other way to see this Newtype besides waiting for it to come out? If not, I must remind everyone reacting to the article that Photoshop exists.

Wow, that's, uh.

Really pessimistic.

And this is me saying that.

Well it will be easier to wait a half day or so anyway than worry about a magazine.

I've been weeks ahead of you in pessimism for weeks now.

If you are weeks ahead, you must be not liking Sighs than for that pessimism to still be intact

I don't know, you'll have to ask Gihren Zabi or the Flanagan Institute.

It'll be great when this episode airs and it's just the first Endless Eight episode again.

That would be awesome.

In a depressing kind of way.

Hmm, so the epic summer comes to a close... Definitely catching the stream.

So... let's see how this all goes now... will it go down as marketing genius or epic fail... either way, anime fans will not forget the summer of '09

Best way to end this arc. Ever.

Actually we do. The webCM for it should be floating around as low quality pics of it have been floating around for at least a couple of days. (The interesting part is the green circle is different in the picture that I see from the web CM. It does not have "ketsumatsu kinen" on it in the CM pic.)

I concur. The horrible thing about that would be how some people would only realize that half way through the episode thinking it's just a "new" Endless Eight episode.

Still, I don't think that those who've watched every minute of this damned thing like myself would let the real season 2 just pass by them out of frustration and anger for being played (those who haven't done so even less because they haven't gone through much of the torment)...

So, what does that mean?

My guess would be Kadokawa purposely edited the CM so the "Ending" part was hidden until now. (Or, that was a preliminary layout.) It's really hard to fake a CM pic (since everyone can see the CM) so I'd believe that pic is real. But it means clearly more shenanigans have or are happening. (Either ANN got trolled good or Kadokawa went and trolled good. Since Kadokawa is considered god level trolls at this point, my bets are on them.)

I still have no idea whether that means you think E8 is going to end or not.

This seems to be it. It says they break out of the endless summer vacation. It also says the animation director is Takahashi Mariko; if you know her touch, you can see whether this arc ends or not the moment the next episode begins.

Simply put, production time is consistency, and budget is framerate.
Even poor animation is costlier than a high-quality still shot.
