Because of a plane crash … starting today, we're spending the springtime of our lives on a desert island!! There's nothing here, so we have to make everything!! And eat everything!! (Ugh!) Check out our high-school-girl survival story of courage and knowledge. We're actually doing pretty well! Volume 1 includes: how to eat cicadas, how to build traps, a simple allergy test, how to eat hermit crabs, etc.

A good survival story with lots of humorous events, who doesn't laugh at girls cringing to eat insects or worry about their smell after ten days of no bath? XD
The main girl is Homare, a cool, awesome, impressive survivalist who was in civil wars, climbed mountains, traveled through jungles and survived deserts and even the antarctic. Like there's nothing that could take the spirit of this girl down, ya know? Expect having 3 girls to look after who are used to a normal comfy sheltered life of society~
Her trying to teach those girls tricks to survive in the wild and the girls trying to help her (hahaha), it gets to be both educating and funny to read. I like how you can see the other girls adapting to their new life style slowly but surely while Homare has to bother to understand "how girls tick" to get the troubles her fellow survivors have that she doesn't even bother thinking about.

There are 3 volumes translated so far and I hope we get future updates soon enough, because the latest chapter ended on a cliffhanger!

Well, there is also a little side-story about a reverse trap and a hunk, I mean, boy stranded on the same island, but just read for yourself if you find the time to do so.^^

there's a scene or panel way later in the manga, past the current translated chapters, that someone translated and posted on reddit. let me just first off say that what i'm about is ask is out of genuine curiosity and for clarification. in the scene, we see two of the girls stranded on a raft, about to suffer from dehydration or starvation, it wasn't clear. and apparently, the solution from one of the girls resulted in the two going into a 69 position with each other, much to the reluctance and confusion of the other girl. from the way the poster and a commentator portrayed it, apparently what they were doing is an actual survival technique. Unfortunately, neither of them explained what was actually going on, and the commentator made a dead link that was suppose to explain. which ultimately has left me asking what the hell was going on?! this is an actual survival technique?!

That part is actually translated. It was dehydration. They had basically no clean water, what they had was water full of Bat shit/piss, so the survivalist girl let the collected water stay in a plastic bottle for the sun to burn for a while. Ofc it is still nasty shit, if that gets to your stomach you gonna vomit it all out or get diarrhea. However your intestines are meant to absorb water while keeping the nasty shit out which is what makes your shit in the end not runny but hard enough to have a decent dropping. So if you put water through the anus the intestines will absorb most of it while the rest of the stuff stays "outside" your body, that is the main task of those organs anyway, keep the body safe from germs and stuff and getting the necessary stuff in. Ofc you would need to give plenty of anus service like ten times for 200ml water and you really need to rest for 20/30 minutes. But it does give the body some water it needs to not faint. Obviously that does not work with sea water, too salty and irritating for the anus and intestines. But from what I read online it should be possible though most people wouldn't believe that. And you don't find that in most survival guides either, probably because it is, well, a real nasty way to "drink" water. Like you cant really be a bride after doing something like that, ya know? XD

Also I don't think the author would use a technique that is totally wrong. Survivalist mangas usually have a lot of work behind their stories to appear realistic.
