Awww, mayhaps you think it's boring, but I think you did a fine job on it. ^ ^
The render is very cute and the text fits....and of course the 'rain' effect is nice as well (gotta learn how to do that). It's very simple, but I like it.

Oooh, is that who that is? I just saw a lot of cute pictures of that character on photobucket and it was too cute not to turn into a sig. The only reason the quality wasn't shot is because I only animated the background, instead of the whole sig. ^^;
