That part when he rushed the two soldiers and jumped on the horse to kill the guy...good lord.

Well to be fair you could already do the grapple run thing in revelations already, so that wasn't exactly new, but the new animations makes it look really awesome. (Still was complex and hard as hell to pull off thanks to the increasingly messy controls, which I hope is fixed)

But that part where he jumped into the house, my god, the previews weren't kidding when they said it looked impressive. Conner was interacting with all those furniture and the animation looked really seamless in everything.

The first trailers are up for the upcoming Vita spinoff, Assassin's Creed III Liberation.

I'm sure everyone have seen it by now, but posting it here anyway.

That's a fair amount of bad-assery right there.

I never saw the movie, but your statement mirrors that of many who saw the trailer as well

As for me... I was more of a sword guy than an axe person, but that trailer has got me interested into Tomahawks

Forget the assassination demo shown during this Ubi conference. THIS really shows how much the game has improved over and changed from the Ezio Trilogy. I think must've exclaimed "wow", like, once every few seconds. Yes, this could very well be the update the AC franchise sorely needed.

Oh gosh, I'm really excited for this game now. I wasn't going to buy this because I got a defect copy of AC:R and never got a refund or got it fixed... but DAMN The trailers and gameplay videos are awesome! Everything does look way more fluid than the previous games, even the town seems to look better! I also love the addition of tree-climbing. Excited.

I still don't like how easy they've made combat. There's literally no reason to ever run away because you're such a godly powerhouse now.

Not that I liked how difficult it was in the original, either... ACII struck a nice balance, why couldn't we have that back?

I was still on the fence about buying this until I saw a glimpse of the new multiplayer.
As soon as I saw some gameplay, decided to buy it.

After revelations, the multiplayer is kinda all I care about.

I don't know, IMO combat has always been the simplest part of AC, I can literally waltz into any assassination that didn't need stealth, counter killing everything in my path since the very first game.

PLus, if I'm not wrong, they're no longer having a block stance, so countering should be a riskier game.

waiting for literal trailer

thought the Assassin creed outfit is more jarring that ever. preferably something in line with Female pirate assassin outfit in Liberation or make it look like military uniform.

small complain anyway

Some enemies, like the Templars, were an actual threat, though, and everything got really dodgy if there were more than three or four enemies.

I wish they'd send things that simply can't be killchained or counterkilled at us, but that won't happen.

Elite Troops have existed for a while already; Brotherhood had the Papal Guards, Revelations had the Janissaries.

And it looks like AC3 would have Men-in-Kilts...
