Try Tentai senshi Sunred. Although it's more on the comedy side and an absolute inversion of Ratman, it's still awesome. There's also a 2-cour anime of it.

I've liked Tokyo ESP alot more than Ratman. But thats my judgement on the lead character's heroic values and how much effort they are prepared to put in.

I recall a hero series with 4 character's and they're not really true heroes. They act like one, when they are on the clock. The art was nice. Hope this helps.

It's not a manga but i heard Tiger & Bunny is a good hero anime.
It also has commercial heroes just like Ratman.
