My prediction from just the info here: either the goddess is the bad guy or the Maou is good. Depends on the genders of the Hero and Maou. If the hero is a guy than goddess is good and if Maou is a girl... well we all know where it would be going.

^ In this setting, the hero has a special power needed to destroy the demon lord and is the only one able to surpass the absolute limit to abilities imposed on humans, thus why it has to be an assassination instead of a straight up fight. According to the goddess, after defeating the demon lord, the hero starts using his powers for his own self interest, being even more ruthless and thorough than the demon lord was.

As for the goddess, in chapter 1 of the manga, it's hinted that she knows of some kind of inevitable disaster, but it's near impossible to do anything about it so she doesn't tell MC anything specific. Whether this disaster is incited by the goddess herself or not....well I've no clue.
