If you're talking about the PC version, then it already has as it went golden master a few days ago with an expected release date of the download and limited editions of March 31 (a standard edition has also been announced which will be released a month after the limited and download editions).

For those that still follow this thread, there is a visual novel based off the anime being release March 31 for the limited edition pre-orders (April 30 for standard version). It has been published by JAST USA for release in the United States.

It was April 10 in EU when I pre-ordered, but it's now gone back to the end of May so it's likely to be around the same date for the US release.

I kinda wish MAGES would stop going back to Stein;Gate every time their stuff doesn't sell. They did that after Robotic;Notes, and now after Chaos;Child. Maybe I can expect better since it's a sequel, but after reading phenogram...

i never kept up with anything new storywise after the anime and the original pc visual novel. so is this new sequel not a true sequel? it's based on the events in the Closed Curve light novel?

anime adaptation = more pvc figures please!
