At first I was sad because I couldn't post any of my paper artwork. Why? I don't have a scanner yet. Today, and I can't imagine why I didn't remember of this before, it bonked my head that I had done some digital artwork. Well it's mostly fooling around with the tools offered by certain programs such as Microsft Paint, and Jasc Paintshop Pro(which I don't have anymore), which I only had those at the time. So, now I'm a little bit pleased that I can show you some of my stuff. All of my works have more then 2 years of age, and it is mostly pixel works & pattern designs combined, and some icons. No fancy stuff here, only my paper artwork has some really fancy stuff. Later I might consider putting up some of my CG's. I will first start with my Microsoft Paint icons: __________________ Edit: I forgot about 2 other icons that I made, so I added them up. Last edited by Caliban; 2004-01-03 at 01:33. |

I was thinking, and it came to me that some viewers might see these pixel works as kind of dull and that some appear to not be so colourful. Well, all these pics are in their original size, so, what I propose to the viewers is that if they see something interesting(or just by self-adventure), save the work(in .bmp) to your hard-drive and then open and zoom it in MSPaint, and you will see some of the little details that are not viewable in it's original size. For example the 6th work from left (from my second last post), its centre looks quite confusing, but when you zoom it you will see order(sort of) in chaos, kind of like when you look closely to your TV screen and you see all those red, green, blue stripes, but in this case it's pixels.
Enough of me writing, but more posts. Note: First work was done because I used it to apply an effect on a work that I needed for a project in school, and the numbers were done by using mspaint's grid, and they were done pixel by pixel, no fonts were used. Second work is a scaled down version of a really big work tha will later be posted in form of link (yes, it is that big). Fifth work is one of those that should be viewed with mspaint, and don't forget to zoom it. Try to figure out how I did it! |

Virus> Well, I'm not really interested in doing human bodies, or any other kind of beings. What I really like is the architecture of buildings, weapons, armours, etc...
Raxial> Well, they had the purpose for me to check how geometric shapes fit alone, or in group. |
