What I mean was than the issue( and the word is kind of too hard) was from the artwork used (the girl), not from the effect added .

A interesting update.
I do prefer the first overall but to have a little more background on her left might help. About the second, as you said, it a bit too washed out but the blending of the girl with the background is still great. And about the last, it's still better than what I could have done with a photo.

for your new siggy in your set, nicely done. I really like the effect on it , great usage of texture also CMIIW some fractal(?), did you smudge some place too ??

that's a really old update

anyway yeah, Smudging was my only solution that time to blend my render to everything else. I don't think it worked how I planned it would

maybe I should take some time making some stuff again. I'll update my thread once I do
