well..ehemmm.. hi... i just wanna know some great fun fast paced comedy+romance animes. It doesnt matter if it has an action, adventure, or anything on it as long as it has a fun fast paced comedy romance anime. the following animes are the ones that i like and love xD:
fairy tail
skip beat
seikon no qwaser
dn angel
ouran high school host club
air gear
law of ueki
fruit basket
shugo chara
cardcaptor sakura
kirarin revolution
love hina
kaito jeanne
mermaid melody
kenichi:the mightiest disciple
rave master
special a
fushiigii yuugi(this one isnt comedy it makes me cry... its so dramatic)
lovely complex
toradora
kaichou wa maid sama(love this sooo much)
peach girl
itazura na kiss
over drive
akikan
mayoi nekko overrun
earl and fairy(well.. not really but its okay)
kimikiss pure rounge(freaking lovve this) xD

i specially likes the one that has an energetic character like misaki from kaichou wa maid-sama, the main character girl from skip beat!!
so... based on the "mood" from above animes, what else do you think suits me best?

umm im so sorry if im picky..and i feel like i saw almost all of the animes because i list a lot of them but please xD

Well you obviously like shoujo.... have you seen Full Moon o Sagashite? It's not really a "faced paced romantic comedy" but it's one you must see if you enjoy shoujo in the slightest.

Also check out Kodomo no Omocha. The protagonist is definitely energetic.

You may want to try Ginban Kaleidoscope, I think it really fits in what you are looking for. The female protagonist is quite energetic and it's a good comedy/romance.

I've been reccomending this a lot lately, but I really think you would enjoy Kodomo no Omocha (aka Kodocha) as well. It's fun, has a likable and energetic lead, a developing romance with great chemistry, and is just generally quite charming. It's by the same director as Fruits Basket.

Zero no Tsukaima I would recommend; it has comedy (semi-ecchi based), romance, has a fun and good plot (imo), is just plain fun, well-done, and quite fast-paced too. Mostly because most of the characters are fairly energetic I think.

*nods sagely* If you're gonna watch and enjoy Seto No Hanayome (which I'd also recommend, it's quite hilarious), you're gonna love Zero no Tsukaima.

I can definitely vouch for Seto no Hanayome. I could've sworn I woke up the neighbors from laughing too loudly in the early morning.

Since you mentioned Love Hina, I assume you're fine with some ecchi. Then one good, fast (by some standards) romantic comedy that's surprised a lot of viewers is B Gata H Kei. Don't let the premise of a perverted girl looking to obtain 100 friends with benefits before graduating high school despite her concern that her southern area might look weird, fool you. Give it two or three episodes. It's touching and sweet at times, and at others simply insane.
