Did Ishibumi ever specify the other mid-tier Longinus aside from Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing? Just wondering where Alphecca Tyrant and Unknown Dictator would fit in the ranking.

Nope, Ishibumi only specified all the high tier longinus which are True Longinus, Zenith Tempest, Annihilation Maker , Dimension Lost, Nereid Kyrie and Star Buster Star Blaster. So it means the other longinus are either low tier,mid tier or they were unspecified or they can't be categorized at the moment.
In my opinion Unknown Dictator and Alphecca Tyrant can be considered maybe around Mid tier I guess but that's just my guess though.

It may not be short stories given "Is Your Order a Devil?" (DX.6's subtitle) is not a short story in existence and may instead be like DX.4's subtitle: where it's named after a chapter in a volume about tournament matches. Also if it was really a compilation of short stories, then DX.6 would have came out long ago. The only reason to me rn, why DX.6 has taken so long, is because it seems more likely Ishibumi has written about the Ruval vs Typhon; Cao vs Surtr; and Dulio vs Tobio matches alongside Shin 5 and SD 4. This is my second reason why DX.6 doesn't seem to be another compilation of short stories.

Unless he completely changed his plans, I don't think that this is the case.

If we look at what his plans were in the beginning of last year, i think is highly possible that his health took a hit again. Even after 13 months since Shin 4, he still need more months to finish Shin 5 and Slash Dog, and to not make his readers wait even more, he problaby decided to pack some SS that he already had writed a long time ago, writed a new small one, and thats it.

If this DX volume is coming out in march, i doubt that Shin 5 will come before June. That would be what? 16 months between Shin 4 and 5? I feel bad for him. Praying for a speedy recovery.

So this will have the DxD collab story with Oda Nobuna no Yabou that was released on Dragon Magazine many years ago.
Another good news is that Miyama said he finally had an opportunity to draw Roygun in this upcoming volume.

Oh yeah I should have mentioned that Roygun has an illustration in DX.6 but just assumed people here knew.

Colour illustration for the cafe short story which also shows that the title is actually "Is the Order a Devil?". Just like "Is the Order a Rabbit?" but rabbit being replaced with Devil.

Better words used to make the sentences more enjoyable.
Character names are translated correctly with a few being changed like Kalawarna -> Kalavana etc
