It could be an OVA (which means it could be more ecchi than the manga lol) but if it's a tv series it's not exactly hard to insert filler into a series like this. Whether the filler is going to be good or not is another issue but as long as the ecchiness is high does it really matter? lol

I got confused because there was a line in the scan saying they had sex all night... but the words that they are saying is different... I think it was the scanalators just screwing around

The problem with that line is that after that chapter, its pretty obvious that they haven't had sex yet.
