I love their personalities

Hmm... that's a hard one.

Maybe Chihiro from The World God Only Knows, possibly Ayumi as well. Both eventually become reoccurring characters.

Chizuru from Kimi ni Todoke, she's a significant supporting character who gets her own arc at one point.

... Yagami from Maison Ikkoku probably fits, but that's usually seen as a more negative portrayal of those character traits. She's not a villain, just her teenage possessiveness and stubbornness is a bit of annoyance for the rest of the cast. Don't know how you'd feel about it.

I'd start with those three.

Maybe Shizuku from Whisper of the Heart would fit too.

If you're up for a more action based anime then Rosette from Chrono Crusade might work. Imagine Ritsu as a nun with a gun out hunting demons.

Definitely Kokoro Connect It's been a while since i watched it, but when I do recall was how very similar the characters were to K-ON.
I'm not sure about the personality part, but I just thought you might want to give it a try!
