Actually, it is a combination of about 3 episodes. Most of it comes from episode 1, but several scenes were scenes that have been interspersed among 5 or so episodes, even recent ones. They just combined them all together, leaving out many parts of ep 1. But yes, it was kind of a bummer.

At least they haven't done the Gundam Seed Destiny recap hell(they had far too many recaps in the series). Gosh, 5 episodes from the end(I think) let's do a recap.

It creeps up on you, the veritable tortoise vs. the hare. There's nothing flashy about Cross Game - the only remarkable thing about it is that is does just about everything right. And it takes a while for that to sink in, and for you to realize that you don't just like the series - you love it. And Kitamura Kou is my current pick for best anime character of 2009.

I can attest to the fact that Guardian Enzo isn't the only one who had entertained the thought, "If I were a girl, I would so had his baby." Fortunately for us, Aoba's presence help us not to stray in our thoughts too deep in the abyss.

We are trying to convince more people to watch the series you know not to scare the hell out of them.

On a more practical tactic maybe we should do the cross game avatar week or something.

LOL - Monir, you do make me laugh. As I was typing that post I was thinking "I'm a straight male, and Kou makes me think "If I were a girl, I'd sure be lucky to find a guy like him. What does that mean?"

Anyways, what's this about Cross Game avatar week? You've caught my attention. What if all the Cross Game fans just started wearing Avatar of Kou?

Put me down for a Cross Game avatar week/month/whatever. And it would actually be more interesting if everyone used the same avatar (or a slight variation of the same theme) as a way to maximize exposure. What do you guys think?
