When I think about , I believe this is as good an ending as could be gotten.Suzaku no matter how much we despise his choices was as close to a hero as any character in code geass could get, he is incorruptible, doing what he feels is necessary. He is the one person i can trust NOT to abuse the power he has been given. And personally I don't think lelouch is dead, sayoko may have body doubled to allow him disappear. She isn't in the wedding photo and lelouch doesn't strike me as self sacrificing.
Those are my thought on the matter. |

I know that, but for all anyone else knows in the Code Geass universe, Lelouch vi Britannia is dead. If he's still roaming the earth, then only a few good people would actually know that... |

Regardless, as we know when CC's priest gave up her code, and when VV gave up his code, they both died. CC was still alive at the end. |

Oh you've just cheered me up! <333 but then there is the question of how the Code was transferred right? He looked pretty bloody cold to me the way Nanally weeped all over him. But that's a deep and very nice analysis, HAHAHA! I feel better already.

V.V was dying from his wounds...the loss of the code just allowed it. |

Schneizel I can understand, but when has Suzaku ever been shown as anything other than a talented soldier. His Lu Bu, and that's it. |

I don't think he overcame his geass... I think he got in a position where he couldn't die since his geass was active all the way until both mechs pretty much destroyed each other.
