Nanoha took a rocket at her Round Shield. It broke and sent her flying backwards. So far her defenses were useless against the oncoming hail of rockets and energy shots that were directed at her. Sensing that she was unable to do anything about it, she turned and took cover behind a crate. The mechs were busy shooting the remaining Belkan knights. Fate and Subaru were fending off a wave of attackers wielding energy blades.
“Damn, the last thing I want is a frontal assault. Starlight Breaker is useless against those giant machines and those soldiers just refuse to die. I wonder how Johanna is doing,” she said to herself. Peeking over the crate, she saw Johanna getting cut by the energy blade. The guy named Virgil sliced her chest plate and broke it. Johanna retaliated by throwing a thunder wave at Virgil but all he did was dodge one side.
“Give it up, Virgil! You cannot win the Belkan army so give up!” yelled Johanna. Virgil said nothing and showed no expression. He leapt at Johanna and slashed at her. Johanna blocked and slashed back. The two were equal and there was no way the stalemate could be broken. “I better help Johanna,” mumbled Nanoha. She got out from her hiding and aimed at Virgil. “Accel Shooter! Snipe Shot!” she commanded. Raging Heart fired two magic missiles at Virgil. He stopped the clash and saw the bolts come at him. With a fast reflex, he hit the magic shots back at Nanoha.
“What the hell?!” exclaimed Nanoha as she dodged the reflected shots. Johanna waved at Nanoha. “C’mon, we’re falling back! We’ll live to fight another day!” she yelled. Nanoha noticed she had one shot left in her cartridge. It wasn’t worth wasting so she nodded and retreated. “Fate, Subaru, retreat!” she yelled. Fate and Subaru didn’t need to be told twice so they also escaped. The Feinds did not pursue and none of them fired a shot as Nanoha and the survivors got out from the enemy base.
One of the soldiers came up to Virgil and took off his helmet. “Sir, can it be that they are the ones the military mentioned about? I mean, their descriptions fit perfectly,” said the soldier. Virgil took out a holo pad and examined the details. “Yes, it’s no doubt them. The next time they arrive, I want them captured. Now back to work and give me a casualty count,” he commanded.
Nanoha and the others returned to Wolfsburg and entered the barracks. Subaru fell onto the sofa and let out a sigh. “That definitely sucks. I thought they were easy to beat but no, they were as tough as steel and I only managed to kill 5 of them,” Subaru said with a sigh. Fate examined the cut on her hand and touched it. The wound caused by the energy shot hurts so much that tears came out from her eyes. “Their guns are really painful as well,” said a teary-eyed Fate. Nanoha examined her armor. Besides the shot on her shoulder plate, her armor’s condition seems okay.
“Johanna, who exactly are the Feinds? They look like any of us but use different weapons. Where do they come from?” asked Nanoha. Johanna kept quiet and entered her private room and locked the door. “She must be hiding something. If not, she must have some answers for that,” said Subaru. “Maybe she’s tired or disappointed. Whatever it is, we’ll go ask her later,” said Fate. “I wonder how Hayate is.”
Hayate woke up from her sleep with a headache. “That didn’t help much. I thought I would be fine if I slept but I get this dull headache instead,” she grumbled. “Rein, can you go get Chrono?” asked Hayate in a tired voice. She looked around but she wasn’t there. She can’t feel Rein either. How strange. “Rein, it’s not funny. I need you to go get Chrono for me,” said Hayate. When she got no response, she got up and walked to the door, just in time to notice something missing. “Wait, where is my Book of Darkness?” she asked herself. She searched herself and got a great shock. “Oh no, don’t tell me I lost it.”
Hayate ran out of the room and stumbled into Chrono. “What’s the hurry?” he asked. “I lost my Book of Darkness and I contact Rein,” she said. Chrono looked at Hayate with surprised eyes. “But Reinforce is right here beside me,” said Chrono. Rein floated from Chrono’s back and towards Hayate. “Sorry, I didn’t notice that you were calling me. I was busy trying out a new suit. Beautiful ain’t it? Makes me look like a mini Belkan Knight,” Rein said happily. Hayate wasn’t particularly happy because she saw something unusual about Rein. It is as if a part of her original self was lost.
“What? You don’t like it?” asked Rein sadly. She pretended to cry and Hayate assured her. “No, I’m just having this headache and I can’t smile too much. It’s nice but don’t you think it’s a bit…never mind,” said Hayate. Chrono put his hands on her shoulders. “Is something bothering you?” he asked, concerned. Hayate shook her head and forced a smile. “Nah, I’m just fatigued and feeling a bit weak. Maybe I’m coming down with a cold.”
A hooded man stood near them, pretending to examine the sculptures that lined the hall. He eyed Hayate and continued watching her. Hayate took to the baths and soaked herself in a bath tub. “It’s funny but why do I have this paranoid feeling all the time? It’s like I think the Belkans are conspiring against me,” she mumbled. Nanoha contacted Hayate when she came out from the bath. “Hayate, I heard from Chrono that you lost the Book of Darkness. Do you know where you last saw it?” asked Nanoha. “I had it with me when I went to sleep. It wasn’t by my side when I woke up,” said Hayate. “Perhaps you can help me find it.”
“No can do, Hayate. I’m on duty right now. Teana seems free right now. Why not you ask help from her?” suggested Nanoha. Hayate nodded and closed the holo com. The hooded man hiding in the darkness watched Hayate leave the bath room. He took out the Book of Darkness and opened it. “Now they will swear absolute loyalty to the Saint King,” said the hooded man. He touched the book and a glow came from it.
As the sun rose, the lights in the city began going out. People were getting ready to work and Fate was sitting by a road side stall eating some cheap food. For the entire dawn she had been awake, on patrol duty. The coffee here wasn’t really helping her keep awake. She almost nodded off into Slumberland when Nanoha came by and sat beside her quietly. She gave a loud “boo” and sent Fate tumbling off the chair. “Hey, that’s not funny!” yelled Fate as she wiped spilt coffee off her uniform. “Sorry Fate, I can’t help it. Hey, you owe me a morning kiss,” Nanoha said smilingly. Fate just shrugged her off. “Bah, I’m still unclear if this is day or night.”
Nanoha gave Fate a pitiful look. “Please, puppy dog eyes don’t work on me,” said Fate. “Aww, Fate-chan doesn’t love me anymore,” said Nanoha in a pretend sad voice. “Oh alright, I’ll give you a kiss,” said Fate. She gave Nanoha a long kiss and Nanoha attempted a French kiss. “Please, not here,” said Fate with a blushing face. “Fu fu, seems like I got Fate-chan worked up,” said Nanoha. She ordered a cup of tea and sipped on it. “Maybe later.”
Just then, the city sirens sounded and a holo screen appeared in front of the two, showing an army of Feinds and their vehicles flooding the city. In the sky were 12 star ships that were 10 times the size of a TSAB ship and the design was very familiar. The star ships fired its weapons and pounded the city. “The Feinds have nerves if I say so myself. Fate-chan, lets get going,” said Nanoha. The Feinds didn’t bother about the citizens of the city but they were more interested in killing the military.
Virgil was there to lead the attack again and he was the first in line. “Search for them and capture them. If they continue to live in deceit, they’ll be destroyed sooner or later,” he said.
The soldiers nodded and spread out. “Nanoha Takamachi, I’m here to liberate you,” said Virgil.

Part 2: The Rising Stars
Fate was powdering her face when the door clicked open. In came Nanoha and her friends. “Eh?! Fate-chan, I didn’t know you were into acting as well!” squealed Nanoha. Fate turned around to face Nanoha. “I didn’t know you were into acting, Nanoha. Have you been invited to film a movie?” asked Fate excitedly.
“I sure have. Alisa and Suzuka were invited as well. Hey, were you here all along? It’s no wonder I couldn’t find you all day,” said Nanoha. Fate smiled and gave Nanoha some powder. “I was busy rehearsing my script for this movie called “Magical Girl Adventures” and guess what; you and I are the lead characters!” Fate yelled in delight. Alisa tapped on Fate’s shoulder. “What are we suppose to be?” she asked.
Fate looked at the script and showed it to Alisa. “You and Suzuka are friends to us in the movie. It’s funny that this movie resembles our real lives,” said Fate with a smile. Just then, the director came in. He was a fat gut with a director’s moustache and shades. He looked bemused. “Ah, my little stars are here! My name is Kenji Tanaka, fledgling master director aiming to bring this show to Hollywood!” he said. He looked at Nanoha and smiled. “You look like a sweet little girl,” he said. “Okay, first things first. I want the two lead girls to own a magical weapon. I have a closet full of them so if you will-,”
“It’s okay Mr. Tanaka, we already have our “magical weapon”,” said Fate. She gave Nanoha a wink and Nanoha winked back. Fate took out Bardiche while Nanoha took out Raging Heart. The director doesn’t know that those are real magic weapons. “If you have them, what am I gonna do with all these?” he asked while opening a closet full of strangely designed toy staves. Nanoha thought for a while and smiled. “Why not sell them?” she said with a smile.
Tanaka thought for a while and nodded. “Yeah, I’ll sell them. Anyway, here are your scripts. We’ll do some practices after an hour or so. Tomorrow will be the day when we start filming,” he said. Tanaka gave each of them a script and left the room. Nanoha looked through the script. “There are some scenes which involves battles and romance. Fate-chan, we’re definitely fit for the roles,” said Nanoha. Alisa looked at hers and sulked. “Me and Suzuka play as the friends who do nothing more than quarrel and give advise. This sucks,” she said with a bitter face. Just then, Tanaka came in. “Did I forget to tell you that each of you will be paid 10000 yen per act?”
Alisa changed her mind quickly. “This doesn’t suck!” she said with a smile. Suzuka gave a “sweat” look. “You’re rich. Why do you need the extra cash?” she asked. “No particular reason,” said Alisa.
Fate looked at her lines and smiled. So there will be a kiss after all.

Vivio waved at the receptionist at the front desk of her studio and got a small nod back to show that she didn't need to show her I.D. card. The halls were walked down casually and she pulled the strap of her purse back over her shoulder when it almost slipped after she almost ran into someone rounding a corner. A small sniff came and she had to resist the urge to wipe her nose on her sleeve since she was out of tissues.
Walking past her own room, she glanced at her name in the star on the door and smiled pleasantly. Her goal today wasn't work but rather her normal checkup. The office was reached shortly and she knocked on the door before being bid entrance to the small medical room. "Hello Allquall," she greeted the nurse. "I'm here for my monthly check-up."
"You're early, as normal." The woman smiled at Vivio and motioned for her to sit on the cushioned table. "But I'm free so you won't have to wait." The woman got a few of her supplies ready while talking. "You know the drill, off with the shirt." She looked back to see the girl already folding the clothing to sit next to her. "Good girl."
"Mou, I'm not a kid." She stuck out her tongue and found a depressor placed on it.
"Sure you're not." Allquall shined a light in the girl's mouth. "You have a little swelling, have you done an oral scene lately?"
"Nuh-uh" The reply came as best as the girl could give it.
"Been coughing any?" The woman pulled back and allowed Vivio to reply while she threw away the wooden stick and scribbled on her pad.
"A little. Not like a real cough but a little 'a-hem' kind. I think it's my allergies."
"Hmmm..." The nurse placed Vivio's arm into a black strip that was wrapped around it. "Breathe normally please." She looked at a dial while checking the pulse and heart rate. "Okay...." She released the pressure on Vivio's arm and placed her earpieces in before putting the circular part onto the girl's chest.
"Cold!" She heard a laugh and then stayed quiet while the nurse listened to her.
"Deep breaths please." She closed her eyes and concentrated on the sound. "Well then," She took the plugs from her ears and put a hand on her hip. "Have you been-" Vivio sniffed loudly. "Yes, you have a cold."
"I don't feel sick." The star protested.
"Because it hasn't hit you fully yet. This is flu season you know, take care of yourself or it could get worse." Allquall wrote on her notepad again. "I'm going to write you a prescription for some medicine. Go get it and take it all, then come back to me in a week. No work until."
"Eh!? But I have a photo shoot for a magazine coming up!"
"Solo?"
Vivio blushed. "Um...no, with a male."
"No."
"But-"
"No." The nurse glared. "I'm telling your boss. No sex until you're one hundred percent better. Argue with me and Ill make it two weeks just to be sure."
Vivio sighed. "I was planning on using that money too..." She took the slip handed to her and sniffed. "Okay... I promise. I'll be a good girl and get this medicine..."
"Good, now get out of here so I can leave. I need to pick up my girl from school."
"How is your daughter doing?" Vivio pondered while replacing her sweater.
"Baby Blue is going through that rebellious stage. Silly teenagers." Her patient shook her head with a small, amused smile.

The sound of a bell jingling above the opening door made a black haired girl look over from behind her counter. A smile came up as the blond walked over to her. "Hello, Vivio. Good to see you again."
"Hey Angel." Vivio leaned against the counter and balanced on one foot to give the girl a hug. "How's work?"
"Long and boring sometimes and really fun other times." Angel pushed up her glasses with one finger. "How about you? Fun all the time?"
"Ugh, not really. There's this new person at work who simply adores me for some reason. Said she's a big fan and basically follows me around and watches my shoots... It's really creepy. I think she's going to ask to do a scene with me."
"Oh?" Angel looked like she was repressing her laughter. "And if she does?"
"I'll suddenly go straight." Vivio held up her hands like she was praying and closed her eyes. "Please forgive my sins and make this stalker go away." The sudden seriousness in her voice made the pharmacist finally break out and giggle. Opening her green eye, Vivio looked at her long time friend. "I need your advice on something, too."
"Oh?" Angel accepted the slip from the girl and glanced it over. "Cold?" A sniff answered her. "I see."
"Can you give me something to clear up my sinuses instead? I think my doctor is just being paranoid. I need to do a scene to get some money but she won't let me until I'm all better."
Angel walked to the bins behind herself and started searching for what she needed. "Sorry, I'm not going to skirt giving you proper pills just so you can clear up your sinuses. If you're really sick then you could make other people sick too. That's bad in your business. By the way, are you taking your birth control on time?"
With a sigh, Vivio nodded. "Every Monday, eight in the morning, on the dot. That specific enough for you?" She got bonked on the head. "Hey, ow."
"Take care of yourself, Vivio." Angel offered a bottle of pills. "Here, take every four to six hours depending on how you feel."
"I feel fine." Vivio replied with a slight annoyance at the hindrance to her money flow. "Can I just take them every four hours to kill my cold?"
"A cold is a virus; self limiting. The medicine takes care of the symptoms."
"So... it won't cure the cold?"
Angel smirked and crossed her arms because you know we have the cure for the common cold. The flu is never a problem."
Vivio blushed darkly, realizing what she said. "I knew that. Sorry, I'm just annoyed." Sighing, she looked at the bottle. "So this will take care of my sinuses?"
"Cold symptoms." Angel pointed at her. "Take them. All of them. Don't you dare toss them into your cabinet and then take them a year later or give them to someone else, you hear me? I'm still mad at you for taking your co-worker's medicine when you had that sore throat."
"That was like six months ago!" Vivio tried to glare but sneezed, quickly covering her nose. "... Do you have any tissue?"
Angel grinned at her.

Vivio closed her car door and adjusted her bra-strap before jogging across the gravel parking lot and into the restaurant to get out of the cold blowing wind around her. The door opened and the girl looked up, wondering what it was with the use of bells above doors instead of a chime of some sort. Seconds passed by, allowing her to ponder the lack of technology in use before a teenage girl came up to her. "Hello, table for one?"
"Yes, please." Vivio looked at the short girl in front of her and blinked when she realized she was getting a shocked look. "Uhm...?"
The girl slowly brought up a hand to point at her. "Are you... Eyes?" A dark blush flashed over Vivio's cheeks and she meekly nodded. "Oh my, I'm a huge fan! I have all your videos!"
"Shhhh!" Vivio shushed her quickly. "Please, don't make a scene."
"I'm sorry!" The girl bowed at her, short black hair rustling her shoulders. "My name's Wan, I own this restaurant along with my wife, Riyuu. Here, let me show you to a seat!" She quickly moved to allow Vivio to sit at a booth. "I'm sorry, you must think I'm a bad person, I was just so shocked!"
"No, really," Vivio looked around, thanking every known deity she knew that no one was around to over hear. "It's okay... just don't tell anyone okay?"
"Of course." Wan gave her a menu. "You read my letter on your video diary." Her voice dropped down, making Vivio pleased at not only the news but at the way the girl was respecting her wishes. "I asked what your funniest moment was."
"Oh that was you?" Vivo got a happy nod. "Well, how about that. Thank you for your support all this time."
"Tell you what... as a thank you, your meal today is on the house!"
"I couldn't!"
"Sure!" Wan smiled at her. "Could I ask for an autograph, though?"
Vivio blushed again, flattered. "It would be my pleasure. I've never been asked for an autograph before..." She rooted through her purse and grinned at the set of pictures she got while at her work place. A pen was taken out and the back of the photo was signed. "To Wan, with love... Eyes." She spoke while writing before handing the photo to the girl who stared at the signature for a few econds before flipping it over.
"Oh wow... how did that fit there?"
Vivio grinned and felt herself sweatdrop. "... Practice. Please don't let anyone see that, especially Syn."
"Syn? Why?" Wan blinked curiously. "You wouldn't...Vivio?"
"That's me."
Wan looked like she was about to have another spaz fit. "Wow! She's dating a pornstar!"
"Shhh!" Vivio grinned as the girl covered her mouth. "She doesn't know just yet... keep it a secret until I can tell her, okay?"
"Promise." Wan smiled and hid the picture in her pocket. "Now, let me do something for you. What would you like to drink?"
"Tea, sweet with lemon please."
"Got it," wan winked. "I'll be back with it while you look over your menu."
The blond nodded and grinned to herself when the owner of the restaurant visibly restrained herself from running off to squeal. 'A fan... the first time I've ever actually met one...' A warm feeling came in her chest and she looked at the menu. 'For some reason... I'm really, really flattered by this...' A few moments later she looked up from the menu and noticed that Syn was leaning out from the kitchen door, smiling at her. 'That girl is so cute.' She waved lightly and got one back.

Vivio bent over her computer desk chair and picked up the case containing her camera stand and camera and began setting it up. A small stack of papers were placed on her bed and after glancing over everything, she reached forward and turned on the device. "Hello everyone," she greeted with a small sniff. "Time for another video diary it would seem." The girl crossed her legs while on the bed and smiled. "Please forgive my sniffles, I am apparently getting a cold or something. Oh well, I still want to do my diary thing. Anyway, I had an interesting day today. I met one of my fans at a restaurant and I even signed an autograph for her. It was really embarrassing to be asked for it, but she seemed so happy I thought about doing a little something for all of my members on the web page."
The girl leaned forward and picked up a centerfold length picture of herself. "This is the other image that didn't make the centerfold in the last magazine I was in. It has never been released, so it's an original." Her purse was gone through next and Vivio signed her stage name on the bottom of the poster, adding a few hearts around it. "I'm going to have a little fun trivia tonight in the chat room, and whoever answers the most questions will get this autographed poster! I'll even do a request from them live on web cam, so be thinking about it!" She winked.
"Also," She sat the poster on the bed and tossed her pen back into her purse. "I got a lot of positive mail from everyone after posting my first video diary, so I'm going to take some more time and answer the questions asked by the kind people who emailed me." She giggled to herself while flipping through the printed emails. "Hmm.... Okay, this one has been asked a lot: What is your favorite position?" She placed the paper on the other side of herself and thought about it. "I think that 'doggy style' would be my favorite. It isn't hard to stay in that position, and after some scenes, it's actually really relaxing to just relax and let them do all the work." She laughed happily at herself. "But yeah, I like being on my forearms and knees, head down, just enjoying it."
"Moving on, we have...'Does size matter to you?'" She rolled her eyes. "Relax, guys, size isn't that important. It's a plus, but in all honesty, it doesn't matter if it's four inches or ten, if you don't know how to use it, it doesn't matter." She placed the paper to the side and flipped some more. "Hmm..."She giggled. "Are you all natural? Yes, my boobs are real. Implants scare me really bad. Besides, they just get in the way. I'd prefer to be an A-cup just so they won't bounce so much." She grinned and took another one. "Seme or Uke?" Vivio stuck out her tongue at the camera. "Seme, definetly. I don't do bondage scenes mainly because they want to tie me up."
"Hmmm.... Here we are: How good is your girlfriend in bed?" Vivio placed it next to her. "We haven't had sex, so I can't answer that one.... What are your measurements?" She made a tutting motion at the camera. "Check my web page, it's under my bio, silly." The blond placed the last paper down next to herself and uncrossed her legs, sitting with them slightly parted and both hands between her legs, holding her shirt down a little. "That's all the questions for this time, but keep sending in the request! I'll be happy to answer them all in time. If I didn't get to yours this time, don't think I forgot, I have them all listed on my computer!"
Moving from her bed, Vivio picked up her camera and turned to leave her bedroom. "I promised a tour of my house so I'll add it in as well. My bedroom goes straight into my living room." She took time to show her couch. "My couch is a little old, but it's comfortable. The cushions sag a bit, but it's great for laying across on them. Sometimes in the summer I sleep on my couch while watching TV late at night." She moved to the aforementioned television. "Speaking of, my TV is a standard one. I don't have the mobile monitor luxury but I don't really care to get it. I have enough bills as it is."
Vivio sniffed loudly. "Sorry... anyway, my kitchen." She walked to the tiled section divided from the rest of the apartment with a small bar. "Uhm... What to say about it... I like to keep it clean... I like fruits..." She opened her refrigerator. "As you can see, I love orange juice and...." She popped open the freezer. "Frozen pizzas are yummy. Yes, I can cook, but everyone gets lazy every now and then. Moving on, my washer and dryer are here." She opened the door to the small room. "I do laundry a lot, so detergent is a large expense for me..." The doors closed and the bathroom door was opened. "Bathroom, not much here." She focused on the shower. "I'm still hoping to get a waterproof camera for my shower for everyone to watch me take baths, but no luck so far. Everyone email my company and tell them to stop being so stubborn and buy me one." She giggled. "No really, don't do that."
Finally the girl sat her camera down on the stand and sat on her bed again, crossing her legs and sniffing. "I'm really happy that everyone is enjoying my videos. Don't forget that my new movie comes out in about two weeks! I have three scenes in it, and they're really good in my opinion. Please show your support and buy it if you can!" She blew a kiss to the camera. "Until next time , everyone! Thank you for your support and letters!"
Spoiler for PornStar!Vivio pt.22:
Vivio awoke to the sound of her cell phone ringing loudly on her desk. Groggily she reached out for it and weakly flipped it open, sniffing lightly. "Hello?"
"Are you just waking up?" Syn's voice asked her curiously.
Vivio blinked a few times. "It's still dark out." The sound of rain pounding on her window was finally recognized and she looked to her alarm clock for the correct time. "Ugh, I slept in it seems."
"Stay up late?" Syn listened to the sounds of Vivio rustling in her sheets.
Vivio groggily looked at her still set up desk from last night's show. "Very late...I don't think I've gotten but a few hours of sleep."
Syn's voice was amused. "Watching porn?"
"...Something like that." Vivio grinned despite herself and sat up fully, yawning and giving a small wince. "I think I slept on my arm wrong."
"Aw. I'll come rub it for you."
A flash of lightning made the blond cringe. The low rumbling of thunder echoed around her while she walked to her bathroom and cut on the lights. "I don't know, it's pretty bad out there."
"Come on, I have today off. Days like this were meant to be spent with someone snuggling."
Vivio ignored the bottle of medicine laying over in her cabinet and reached for her mouthwash. "Hm.... Okay, but be careful out there. It's raining pretty hard."
"I'm a good driver. Should I bring anything? A movie, some food?"
The blond started getting her morning supplies together. "Nah, just come over. I don't want you out there any longer than you have to be."
"Okay, I'll see you soon."
"Bye-bye." With a flick of her wrist, the cell phone was closed and she put put the breath cleaner into her mouth with her free hand. Thirty seconds later paired with a fast brushing of teeth gave her a kissable smile. After giving herself a few extra moments to double check her appearance, she went to her bedroom and began straightening up from last night's work. Her items were put back in their spot and she double and triple checked everything to be sure it would be okay if Syn went in her room.
Now free from worry, the girl went to her dresser, hand pausing over the knob of the drawer. 'Knowing Syn, my shirt will probably come off... I should surprise her by not wearing a bra.' A small grin came on her lips as she took out only a cute pair of multi colored striped panties. Wiggling them up, she straightened out the straps and moved to her closet to get a comfortable long sleeved shirt. With a small sniff, she pulled it down and picked up her discarded bluejeans from the day before and put them back on.
With a little time to spare, the girl gathered up her dirty clothes and dumped them into her washing machine to be ran a little later. 'I should do my sheets but Syn will be here too soon to worry with that... Oh well, one day won't kill me.' A small bit of perfume was dabbed onto her wrist and then rubbed together before a small streak was dabbed on her neck just under her ears. 'Okay... Looking cute, smelling good... I need to comb my hair.'
A fast brushing left the girl with a tangle free mess of hair that was pulled up in a side ponytail. Just as soon as she declared herself ready a knock was heard and she jogged to the door, smiling at the girl who gave her a hug right away. "Oh, you're cold." Vivio realized, placing her palms over Syn's cheeks. "You're frozen!"
"A little chilly and wet outside." Syn took off her jacket and handed it to Vivio to place in the small, mostly empty, closet. "You didn't have plans today did you?"
"She ask after showing up." Vivio took her girlfriend's hands and lead her to the couch to sit her down. "Stay here," She jogged to her bedroom and stripped the comforter from it before returning to her friend. "Here, warm up. Would you like a drink? Hot coco?"
"A warm body would be nice." Syn flared out the blanket and held it to her chin.
"Silly." Vivio took the request and slid under the blanket, finding an arm over her shoulders. "You promised me a rub."
Syn grinned at her. "I did, didn't I?" Syn turned sideways to put both hands around Vivio. "Where does it hurt?"
"My right shoulder." Vivio closed her eyes as the hands started rubbing her. "Mm... That feels really good."
"Glad I came?"
"Very." Vivio moaned softly and felt Syn shift so one of her legs lid behind her back and between the couch. The other leg went over her lap and she was embraced fully, palms still rubbing her sore spots. "This is just what I needed." She sniffed lightly.
"Hey, you smell good." Syn noticed while nuzzling her girlfriend's neck like a kitten.
"Thank you." Vivio felt Syn's hand around her front drop down to her shirt hem and slip under it a few moments before the one on her back did the same. Slowly her lips turned up to a smile as they slowly moved upwards. The palm on her back pressed down lightly and moved to her neck before a curious hum came from beside her.
"You normally don't wear a bra around the house, or am I just lucky?"
"Maybe you're lucky." Vivio teased her softly, breath catching as the hand on her stomach moved up to her breast line. "Going right for it?"
Syn gave her a small giggle. "I want your shoulder to feel better first."
Vivio smiled fondly and lifted her arms, allowing her girlfriend to remove her shirt. When the article of clothing was laid on the floor, the blanket was moved back up to her neck and Syn's now warm hands began to trail over her skin. Slowly, the blond re-closed her eyes and simply laid against Syn's chest, feeling herself being embraced while her arm and back were rubbed slowly.

Vivio slowly opened her eyes and blinked a few times to try and clear her vision. At first she was confused as to where she was but a hand trailed over her arm, reminding her that she was with Syn on the couch. "Are you awake?" Syn asked softly, making Vivio shift slightly to look up at the girl she had been sleeping on. "You conked out right away."
"I'm sorry," the blond apologized with a sniffle. "I guess I wasn't awake enough... How long did I sleep?"
"I don't know, through one show on the television." Syn allowed Vivio to lay so the blond's back was on her chest now.
"Did you feel me up while I was sleeping?" Came a curious question.
"I did your sides whenever I thought you would wake up." Syn wrapped both arms over Vivio's shoulders and laid them to rest casually. "I think you should let me after letting you lay on me for so long. My leg fell asleep."
"Oh I'm so sorry." Vivio clearly didn't mean it. "Your poor little leg." One of her hands pat the area between herself and the couch to touch Syn's body. "I'll fix you lunch to make up for it?"
"Okay," Syn agreed readily, watching with excitement in her eyes as Vivio moved off of her. When the blanket was taken as well to wrap around her top half, she frowned slightly. "Oh come on, you said you'd go topless."
"Did I?"
"You did," Syn nodded, tugging on the sheets. "Off with it."
"Unfortunetly," Vivio cooed at her, bending over to kiss Syn's nose. "I don't have anything to cook with right now. I'll need to go to the store."
"You should have let me go while I was out." Syn pulled on the blanket, finally seeing her prize. "Or we could just get naked now and...?"
"Later," Vivio blushed darkly.
"You said later last time..."
"Then later it is, then." Vivio stretched and went to her bedroom, picking out a bright pink bra and putting it on before going back into the livingroom. Her shirt was reclaimed, much to Syn's disappointment, and she sat down once more, hugging onto Syn. "What do you want to eat?"
"Something hot," Syn eyed her.
"You can't eat me, silly." Vivio allowed the hands on her to trail over her hips under her shirt. "Really, let's do something, have some fun, then we can get intimate later." She grinned as the hands started trying to undo the button on her pants. "You're always so touchy." She slapped the hands gently before they could accomplish their task. "Pervert."
"It's not perverted if I care about you," Syn reasoned.
"Awwwww, I care about you too." She leaned forward and kissed the girl's cheek. "Later sweetie, I promise. Just let me enjoy it a little while longer."
"Okay, I'll wait forever for you." Syn got another happy hug and returned it. "Lunch......how about some chili? Something nice and warm for today."
"You got it." Vivio moved to the door and put on her shoes. "Come on, I'll drive."
~**~
Spoiler for PornStar!Vivio pt.24:
Vivio parked her car and sighed, looking at the long run they had to make in the rain to get to the grocery store. "Great, why on earth are people at the store on a day like this?"
Syn nudged her. "Gee, maybe they're getting something for dinner?"
"Shush." Vivio reached behind the seats and fumbled around. "I could have sworn I left an umbrella in my car...Dang it."
Syn licked her lips. "I just noticed, you don't curse do you?"
"My mamas used to spank me when I cursed, so I don't do it." She sighed out. "Okay, we're going to have to run for it. Ready?"
Syn nodded and each girl opened their door, slamming it quickly behind them and running in the thrashing rain to the store. At the door, the blue haired girl slipped while trying to slow herself down and had to grab a buggy to keep herself from toppling over. Vivio made a much more dignified entrance, slowing down before reaching the smooth tile and wiping her feet off on the carpeted area. "Not a word," Syn warned her.
Vivio walked next to the girl and placed her hand on the side of the shopping cart with a smile. A small trail of water followed behind the two girls as their shoes squeaked while walking. "I swear, they need to turn on the heat when it's raining like a spilt slushie."
"Spilt slushie?" Syn asked with a quirky grin. "You are so weird sometimes."
"What?" Vivio asked, honestly confused. "Hey, why are you laughing? Come on, it's a good reference!" The girl crossed her arms and humphed out. The pout almost made Syn give in to the tantrum, but the bottom of Vivio's pants caught under her already wet shoe, causing her to slip and fall forward onto the floor.
"Hey, you okay?" Syn quickly moved to help her up, trying not to laugh. "See, that's what you get for laughing at me for almost falling."
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine... just my pride." Her arms flailed out when she was scooped up into Syn's arms. "Hey-wha!? Syn, put me down!" She blushed hard when she found herself awkwardly placed into the shopping buggy and had to keep herself from falling the rest of the way into it when Syn started pulling her arms back. "Syn, I'm not a kid."
"So?" Syn started pushing the buggy before Vivio could attempt to try and get out of it. "So, Chili right? What kind of meat do you use?"
"Hamburger?" Vivio leaned back against the cart and bent her knees so she could get comfortable.
"That's it? Really?"
"Um, yes?" Syn tutted at her. "What? Miss chef."
"You should use different kinds. Beef for flavor, lamb for texture, and maybe pork for the contrast."
"Pork? Lamb? In Chili?" Vivio got a pat on her head and was parked in front of the meat section of the store. "Well, you know what you're doing..." She accepted the packages and tried to make room for them while sitting down. "What else do we need?"
"Chips? Crackers? I'm paying half so it won't be bad."
"I need milk too," Vivio thought aloud, allowing herself to be pushed. "I don't think we'll all fit in here, though."
"You'll manage." Syn pushed Vivio a little faster and hopped up on the bottom part of the buggy, riding out the speed she gained.
"Haha, you're crazy!" Vivio looked back at her friend and smiled up at her, sniffling softly.
"When you're young it's called being immature. When you're old enough to know better, it's called having fun." Syn gained more speed by kicking one foot on the ground like a skateboard. The two slid to a stop near the checkout and ignored the obvious dis-approving glare from the person checking them out.
Once paid and loaded up once again with bags the two girls paused outside of the store, facing the rain. "Ready?" Vivio asked with a grin, rubbing her arms to combat the cold wind.
"Steady!" Syn pushed the buggy fast, plowing through the water covered parking lot as fast as she could. "Can you pop your trunk?" Syn watched the girl reach into her pocket and pull her keys out pressing a button and making the back end of her car open slightly. Now with her destination in sight, Syn hurried to the vehicle and tossed the supplies into it. Moments later she reached out for Vivio and allowed herself to be used as a brace so she could hop out of the buggy and land in a puddle of water. The two girls laughed, moved the buggy out of the way, and hurried to the car, now soaking wet.
"Well," Vivio turned her key and turned the heat onto max. "That was an adventure. Let's head home and get changed."
"Good idea," Syn laughed.

Locked Girl
In a dark and gloomy room, a recluded girl is buried in books.
“What do you want today?”
And just as expected, the words come from beyond the door:
Caro Ru Lushe shuffled through her tiny cottage, her cloak pulled close to stave off the autumn
chill. Even as a fire danced with dinner simmering over it, she could still feel the cold running
through her limbs. This cold had been with her ever since she moved here, an escape from a
reality she could not live in. Only a few years had passed since the last major incident, and yet
so much had happened.
She felt that she was drifting away from her closest friends, watching them afar as they grew
closer and closer. Erio-kun, Lutecia-chan, they seemed to do so much together now, sometimes
with her, sometimes just those two. It broke her heart in a way, as she was left out of even the
most basic of activities. Those fears of loneliness and abandonment Caro had dispelled with
Fate and Erio gradually returned with terrible ferocity. Worry and anxiety gnawed and chewed
at her until finally, the final straw.
They had kissed! Not a friendly or familial kiss, but a romantic liplock that one saw between two
people deeply in love.
Unable to watch them any more, Caro ran away and found safe haven within a tiny cabin on a
Bureau-administered planet.
Locked Girl? You gotta be kiddin’! Open up this door!
I’ll definitely grab you by the hand and take you out.
They visited often, almost too often for her comfort. Caro couldn’t bear turning them away all
the time, but it was fairly frequent that she just locked herself away in her cottage, letting her
mind run free in novels and fiction. At least here, in those books, her heart could not be broken.
Try as those two might, however, banging on the heavy wooden door, they could not stir the girl
to action.
In a room full of dust, a coughing girl closes her book.
“This has nothing to do with you.”
No way, ze. You’re always inviting me, and you seem about to break.
“Caro, come out! Please! You’ve been in there for so long! Don’t hide from us!”
They tried. Really, they did. Often, and as best they could, they would knock on that locked
door and beg for Caro to return to them. More often than not, they would get the same answer:
a muffled reply turning them away.
“Ne, Lulu, should we try another day?” the girl’s companion suggested, a similar look of
disappointment on his face.
It was true: Erio and Lutecia had gotten very close over the years; an outsider may even
consider them to be a romantic couple. Yet in reality, they were only as they had always been:
close friends. Guilt lay heavily upon their shoulders, however, as their closeness had caused
this situation. That kiss was an accident, dammit! But neither of them could sort out their
feelings yet, not while their friend suffered because of it.
Their triad was incomplete, a great hole whereas a normally solid shape would take. They had
to get Caro back.
“This isn’t fair, Erio-kun,” Lutecia grumbled as she leaned against a tree, a hand pressed
against her face. She was so tired, but she knew she could not rest. Not yet.
“No, it isn’t. But we can’t give up now,” the boy sighed in response. He made a tight fist and
stared at it, frustration stirring his rage. They were so close, but so damnably far. “I refuse to
let her stay that way! We’ve no other choice. Tomorrow… tomorrow we’ll do it. We’ll free
her from her prison.”
Locked Girl? You gotta be kiddin’! Listen to this feeling!
I will cry out your name, and make you turn to face me.
The next day came far too quickly and far too slowly as two teens walked quietly up the hill.
At the top, they could see the quaint little cottage just moments away, their goal entrapped
within. No longer could they simply stand back and watch their precious friend rot away –
now, they would act. Their quest would not be easy one, however.
A dragon stood in their way.
“Even you, Friedrich? Protecting your master, regardless of her situation… how beautifully
loyal,” Lutecia murmured.
Perhaps Caro knew of what they would try, or perhaps Fried had decided to take things into
his own hands. The little dragon roared in response, a bright glow encompassing its little body.
In an instant, the tiny creature grew to enormous, powerful proportions beyond its flight form.
No… this time, Friedrich was ready to fight.
The purple-haired summoner was already moving, quietly chanting an aria for which to summon
her own servants. A single hand stopped her in mid-cast, however, as Erio stepped up to meet
the dragon head on.
“Go! I will be his opponent! She’s waiting for us, that Locked Girl. Waiting for someone to
save her.”
With a florish, Erio readied his spear. His fight would be a tough one, but he would endure.
Looking over his shoulder, he gave his friend a reassuring smile.
“Go save her.”
A locked girl, closed in tight.
She ran with all her might, the sounds of an incredible battle between knight and dragon echoing
behind her. The urge to stop, to look behind her, was incredible. Yet she knew that she could
not hesitate in her steps – Caro was waiting for them, for her.
But one barrier remained in her way.
“Caro! It’s me! Open the door!” Lutecia’s voice was abnormally loud quiet meadow; she had
to be, if she wanted to be heard through the thick door. For a moment, the bug summoner’s
heart froze. No response came from within, a solemn quiet that terrified her. But finally, she
heard it, a muffled voice through the heavy wood.
“Go away! I can’t do this anymore!” the sobs came through, shaky and heavy with fear.
“Just… just let it go and leave me alone!”
From beyond the door, a scratching,
Murmuring voice mixed with tears:
“Don’t mind about me anymore.”
I’m tired of this response
So I called her name once again.
“Let it go? You think I can just let it go?! Caro!” Lutecia shouted at the door, the air around her
crackling with magical lightning. A Belkan spell triangle formed by her feet as she summoned the
power from within. Though a summoner, she had made sure to learn a few offensive spells just
in case, and this one in particular was a joint effort between she and Erio. Subaru helped too in
making the spell, but much of the work was done by them to make their own Buster.
“I can’t let it go. Caro! If you won’t listen to me, I’ll make you listen!” A brilliant ball of
condensed magic crackled in her hand, the size of a basketball, and ready to break down the
Wall of Jericho.
“These are my feelings! Our feelings! Please don’t ignore them anymore!”
A girl in the shadows, covered in knowledge.
Through the door, Caro couldn’t see the incredible flash of light as Lutecia’s spell went off, but
she could hear it. Ten seconds later, she could damn well feel it too. A great thunderclap, an
earthshaking roar, and the heavy barrier that kept the two apart and protected the dragon
summoner from the outside world was blown to tiny bits.
Locked Girl? You gotta be kiddin’! The door is already open.
As much as you cry, there’s nothing here for you.
Lutecia stepped over the debris with confident strides, her goal right in front of her. Sitting on
the floor, blown back by the force of the spell, the ruffled white cloak of Caro Ru Lushe
covered a terrified tear-stained girl. She stopped a mere foot away, bending over gracefully to
speak with her friend.
“Long ago, you saved me from my own anguish. You and Erio-kun, brought me from the
darkness and showed me the glorious light of the day. Now, it’s my turn to save you,” she said,
holding out a delicately thin hand.
Caro stared at the offered hand with uncertainty and worry. Would she just be wasting her time
if she were to go out? Would she feel the same despair and misery that had haunted her for so
long? That fear kept her hand from reaching out, but deep within her, a tiny voice cried out. It
had felt the emotions, the longing and the love behind the magic. With every beat of her heart,
that voice grew louder, stronger, blowing away the insecurity that kept her hidden.
And it cried out her love for them.
With a shaky hand, Caro grasped Lutecia’s outstretched hand and allowed herself to be pulled
away from her shattered prison. Imagine her surprise, then, when Lutecia brought her head in
close and kissed her on the lips.
“There. Now we’re even,” Lulu winked as she pulled back. Locked Girl! Let’s go! Open up this door.
I will grab you, and I’ll definitely take you with me!
The sun was incredibly bright as she was drawn into the sky, her hand tightly clasped with her
fellow summoner. The wind whipped around them, both strongly and gently, as if welcoming
them back to a place long missed.
“Isn’t the day beautiful?”
Caro opened her eyes and looked up, gasping as waves of nostalgia washed through her. How
long had it been since she had seen the crisp evening sky, to see cotton-like clouds floating
gracefully upon a blazing canvas of red, indigo, yellow, and orange? Her windows gave only a
fleeting glance, but to be so close in the air… exhilarating. Two girls riding the red-tinged sky.
“Fly a little slower.”
Ahead of them, waiting patiently in the gorgeous sky, was a boy with fiery red hair. A huge grin
threatened to split his face wide open as he watched the girls approach. Next to him, her
ever-vigilant dragon.
Lutecia-chan… Erio-kun…
How long since she felt this wonderful? This happy?
“…Yes… it is…”
So? Where shall we go?
Yeah, I know Lulu seems OOC, but it's due to her growth and change in the years following StrikerS. She did seem far happier in the epilogue, and this is how I feel she'd change after some time.

Well, right now I'm still debating it. It's a toss-up between that or Vivio confronting Lutecia after the older girl starts avoiding her like the plague.

Spoiler for Because Being a Mage isn't Dangerous Enough:
Being around some as sporadic and spontaneous as Vivio Takamachi should have prepared Lutecia for anything. Honestly this was the girl who had decided she would learn ancient Belkan just to “better understand her body's predecessor”. Even so Lutecia had had to blink several times just to ensure what she was seeing wasn't a very odd trick of light. “Vivio... where did you manage to get the money for that?” Lutecia's mind went to images of Vivio robbing banks, taking wallets and just generally being illegal.
“I do get paid you know and I don't spend all of it at once,” Vivio crossed her arms with a pout. To be fair Lutecia had good reason to be suspicious as Vivio's pay disappeared as fast as it came. There were just too many things to buy and not enough money.
“I believe I believe you,” the eighteen year old insisted. “Truly. It's just I didn't expect you'd buy something like this.”
“Isn't it awesome!” Vivio interpreted Lutecia's wariness as suppressed excitement.
“Those aren't the exact words I'd use... You do have... a helmet right?” A wave of fear and concern swept over Lutecia.
“'Course,” Vivio let the three sizes too big helmet dangle from her fingers.
“That's not going to help much in case of an accident,” Lutecia sighed exasperatedly.
“Easily solved,” Vivio laughed, “I won't have one.” Vivio turned around to gaze at her purchase.
Lutecia sighed and slipped her arms around her friend's waist, hugging her from behind. Though tall, Vivio was still a few inches shorter then the beanpole. “Vi, Nanoha-san barely let you get a driver's license. Why would she'll be very happy about a machine of death?”
“Heh,” Vivio half-heartily chuckled, ''Well mama doesn't have to know per se...”
“Oh? And where will you keep it?” Lutecia spoke into the younger girl's ear for the sole purpose of keeping her distracted.
“Well you and Caro-nee have a garage right?”
“And where will Erio keep his cars when your bike is taking up space.”
“My motorcycle isn't that big!” Vivio protested in defense of the machine.
“But it will be there for quite a while as you can't drive it,” Lutecia pointed out.
That got Vivio, “W-well you know... y-you'll teach me!”
Lutecia blinked, “How'd you know I can drive one?”
Vivio smirked, “Caro-nee told me you and Erio-nii used to race them.”
Lutecia blushed and relinquished her hold on Vivio, “T-that was a long time ago.”
“So it's true!" Vivio's voice was filled with genuine surprise, "Then you can teach me!”
“No motorcycles are dangerous!” Lutecia protested.
A mischievous grin that would have fit better on Hayate than Vivio appeared, “But I bet you'd look sexy on one.”
“...fine. I'll teach you but you're wearing the helmet.”
“Yes! Cia-Sensei!”
Spoiler for Afterword:
I don't know why but for some reason Lutecia hits me as the kind of person who'd be a kind, straight laced, calm figure with a hidden wild side and wild childhood. >.> maybe I'll have to write about her and Erio's misadventures sometime
... I want to see Lutecia's misadventures with Erio. The image of the two of them racing motorcycles is hilarious. And I like the feel for this; Lutecia would very easily balance out Vivio.

(Funny...my Vivio has "Sankt Kaiser Mode" as Parsifal's third form; he has to keep burning cartridges every couple of minutes to maintain it because of the massive amount of magic required, and it's not as strong as her full-on Saint's Armor from StrikerS. Ah, well, great minds think alike and fools seldom differ; you can pick which category that falls into!)
Well, right now it all depends on if my plotbunny feels like cooperating with me. The story's really only in the planning stages at the moment, though the biggest difference between it and Chrono Crusade is that no one knows Lutecia and Vivio made the contract... and Jail comes back...
... If worse comes to worse, I have plenty of other Lutecia/Vivio plotbunnies.
Does writing a happy ending make it different enough?

I've been a fan of this pairing since StrikerS. Something about them clicked for me and I've been in love with it ever since. Plus, it's nice to write something that differs from the usual NanoFate or Signum/Shamal or Subaru/Tea.
We've been talking about it in the FFC too so it got on the brain.
Vivio's 11 Erio and Lutecia are 15
Spoiler for 5 minute Lutecia short thingy:
"Hey Erio-nii," Vivio put down the book she was reading, and the manga hidden inside it a trick she'd picked up after studying with Yuuno for so long. She paused then spoke, "What's a... Di-lin-quent?"
Erio looked at his something like a sister then chuckled, "A person who goes around misbehaving and breaking law. A good example would be... Lu-chan."
"Ah I see."
"Back when we did all the environmental work Lu-chan was the terror of the place, always walking 'round with a bat and saying 'whatchu lookin' at' and 'Come 'ere and say 'dat to mah face'."
Vivio nodded with wide eyes taking in every word.
"She'd punch a guy just for looking at her twice, actually she was more of a gangst-GAH" A pile of papers was dropped on Erio's head.

If you want to read other yuri pairings, there are lots of NanoFate fics in English with other yuri pairing as well. In fact, even if it's not said in the summary, most of the long fics feature more than one couple I think.

Any of them also have SubaruTeana or HayateVita in them?

Spoiler for PornStar!Vivio pt.23:
~**~

"God, I'm soaked." Syn complained instantly when they entered into Vivio's apartment. "I'm glad I'm not wearing white..."
"You have no boobs anyway." Vivio commented while putting the groceries onto the counter.
"Hey! I'm sensative about that, miss D-cups."
"C, thank you." She posed proudly. "But seriously, I'll give them to you if I could." She sniffed and grabbed some papertowel. "Turn around please."
"Why?"
"I need to blow my nose."
"Have at it." Syn shrugged. Vivio looked at her a moment and turned her back, only to have Syn dance around in front of her. "don't tell me you're the type to get embarrassed over things like this?"
"Leave me alone!" Vivio turned again, growling as Syn moved to stand in front of her. "Ugh, Syn!"
"Blow blow," Syn cooed at her. The red and green eyes glared at her before finally having no choice but to make use of the tissue. "See, wasn't that hard."
"You're annoying." Vivio blushed ant moved away from her to toss the paper. A sudden sneexze made her cover her nose and turn around, glaring once more as Syn held the tissues up in the air. "Syn!"
"Say please?"
"PLEASE!" Vivio tried to reach for them, jumping lightly.
"Bouncy!"
"Syn!" Vivio got the box and quickly plucked one, wiping her nose. "Ew, gross."
"You're so cute." Syn hugged the girl from behind. "But you're soaking wet too, your cold will get worse if you don't get changed."
"Sinuses." Vivio denied, but still started walking to her bedroom, taking Syn's hands and pulling her along as well. "I'll pick you out something."
"Thank you." Syn peeled off her shirt and shook her wet hair. "Should I toss my wet clothes in the washer?"
"Please." Vivio took off her shirt as well, grinning as Syn started. "Perv." Despite the tease, she unclasped her bra and slowly peeled it off for her girlfriend's enjoyment. "There, topless."
"Stay that way?" Syn requested curiously. "Come on..." Walking behind the girl, her hands went around to the button on her blue jeans and was allowed to unsnap it. A second button followed, and a third made up for the lack of zipper on that brand. "You promised..." Slowly the wet denim was pulled down, making Syn grin at the stripes.
"Um..." Vivio blushed darkly, feeling her heart race at the curious eyes looking at her.
A.) 'I did promise her... and put it off twice... Besides, she looks so happy.'
